Considering that the picture in question has "Nasai NSFW" (or something along those lines, I suck at cursive) and that the artstyle is completely different from what Doggie draws, it's safe to assume that it's another commission, most likely ordered by Doggie themselves. They frequently commission art from an artist called "Captain Kirb", so it wouldn't be surprising from them to commission art from other artists.

You do realize that it's optional. Alongside I think they recently separated the abdl content as a different version of recent updates.

Whether or not it's optional is not the issue. The issue is that the dev either has ADD or just a general lack of focus and dedication, and as such he wastes too much time not finishing any one area in the game so far and instead just goes on indulging in a singular fetish that's of extreme niche appeal, especially since it now involves scat and watersports. Clean diaper play alone is niche, dirty diaper play even moreso.

And since this is a solo project, you can't even begin to argue that "putting effort into this one fetish area doesn't diminish the others," because really, let's count how many areas are even close to being finished at this point, shall we? Oh, that's right, just the lab. And that's only because it was the literally first area introduced in the game.

So I would say we all have the right to complain about the excessive over-focus on ABDL content since every minute the dev spends on that, is one minute he won't spend on literally anything else in the game. If this game had been all about that diaper stuff, it would have been one thing. But let's not forget that that wasn't even in the game at all until about 8-9 updates ago.
