"Exclusively?" I don't know about that... But largely? Absolutely. DoggieBones apparently is the sort to frequently buy adult-sized diapers and then gleefully squirt them full of piss and shit...or at least he's extremely eager to cater to the kind of people who do that.
...I would also like to point out that I am absolutely not kinkshaming those people right now. Even though I very much find that stuff "not to my tastes" to put it politely.

Pretty much, yeah. There is no gallery in the game as it is, and the few videos you can find on Rule34 are all pretty insanely outdated at this point. I recommend using frequent saving and cheating to get the most out of this game.

even cheating, it's tough. i guess "tedious" might be more accurate, but i don't like spamming over and over to get out of grabs and also having no idea what's going on in general. game has quite literally no explanation of anything anywhere

I found it on DoggieBones patrion page, so... It's in the last build here, you can find a new boss and after killing it, save the last civilian

People keep asking for a gallery save, and if there was a gallery like already mentioned several times, any of the regular saves would've worked.
Though I wonder how hard it would be to just mod one in (separate area, where you can just go from enemy to enemy with them being in "pens") as Doggie refuses to do it himself.
