You like the content, which I certainly appreciate too.
But that type of content dates back to when the game's creator didn't move towards things that I understand no one likes.
I wanted to donate too, but as soon as I saw that it takes at least 6-8 months to release an update, I decided to keep it.
I understood the long time frames of updates. Being a small time porn dev with probably a full-time job on the side tends to make games like this update once per planetary alignment (a joke), but my issue is that I didn't feel that the larger community wasn't being heard when we requested content.
There was a vote before that I remember asking about what new boss we wanted on their patreon discord and I believe it was a pretty close vote, but we had I think it was 54% to a goth maid looking boss? I don't remember the details, but the runner up was a very familiar balloon clown fox futa. I found it really weird that they went with *NOT* what the community voted for, but instead what they wanted to do after asking us what we even wanted.
There's a lot of problems with the development of this game as a whole imo, but at this point I feel it's down to this mentality in general:
- Devs will make whatever they want to make. It's their project not ours.
- Devs need to eat, updates are a luxury we are given and not a privilege.
- Devs will hear what they want to hear from the community. Money usually speaks louder than anyone else.
It sucks, but frankly that's why I just sit back, shut up, check in once a year and occasionally throw my opinions in here and there.
I just wish they'd finish the fucking rodeo area, and not update more of the daycare zone. I'm so tired of hearing they're updating the daycare zone with MORE stuff. Really, it has enough. Hell, the arcade zone or whatever it's called isn't even working right!-
*breath in, breath out*
Anyway, I've rambled fairly off track.

R, I feel where you're coming from, and I absolutely agree.
