Despite people asking for this for years, I actually think this game needs a gallery less than almost any other. Every area is pretty self-contained in terms of kinks, and none of them take more than 5-10 minutes to get through fully (except the Garden, that area is actual trash in terms of enemy density) to reach whatever scene you want. It is, ironically, one of the greatest upsides of Doggie's weird PS1-era hubworld style design.

I swear every time I comment on this thread it's to give Doggie a backhanded compliment. Says a lot about this game...and me

I agree, all areas feel like showcases already. But the Garden (or Park) is a horrible one.
It's really long, due to the moving platform portion. Has a second part that even if interesting, being so far from any return, and so hard and slow to get back from due to the platform stuff, makes it awkward; since you want to be sprinting past everything in there. It's a level that got too long and hasnt been reworked, something that was also the case for the lab, but then it got reworked into a much better area.

What do you mean by interact? Like an animation? If so, I don't think they have that yet. And for the stage one, you just need to defeat the boss, if I remember correctly.

Honestly the fighting system is kind of, unneeded mostly. The second fighting system prior to the rework was perfect because of one reason. NO ENEMY HAS STANDARD ATTACKS ONLY GRAPPLES. So a combo meter is worthless because you lose said combo meter the second any gnat of an enemy grabs your socks.

I'd like it more if the enemies had proper attacks till you hit 50% health then they start sneaking in some grabs, maybe a feint or two to spice up combat. Heck even add enemys that directly counter a hero that forces you to either overcome a skill wall against said enemy or pick the other hero who has the advantage.

But that'd take like three years of work to add from this dev so you know. Take what you get and hope and pray the dev doesn't rework something unneeded (Something tells me the lighting may get fucked with, they haven't touched that yet)

Me personally, I better like the idea of having a gallery to really collect the various scenes/endings from enemy encounters. It would be a small thing to add, as you add an option in the menu or even a theatre area to see them played back in-game, and you get to see the ‘game over/defeat’ screens from the moment they begin, even being able to ‘eavesdrop’ and see all the dialogue.

Also, anybody know what the three enemies being voted on were? Haven’t checked the SS in a while.
