VN - Ren'Py - Abandoned - HardLove [v0.5] [RedStarStudios by INFRos]

Played v0.5 – short abandoned visual novel. The MC is a cowardly, assholish, abusive douchebag. One day he decides to rape his daughter because his wife doesn’t want to have sex with him – there are only really two routes, one focused on the daughter, one on the wife.
Contains rape, abuse (both mental and physical), spanking and slapping. At the very end you find out that all characters were used as lab rats by a crazy scientist testing mind control drugs which is why they all became batshit-crazy.
Renders are not great, there are some spelling mistakes and the dialogue is pretty wooden at times. Story is also pretty short – maybe an hour to see all scenes.
Unless you are really into abusive relationships you should probably give this game a pass.

This a a great game if you like more rough to violent vibe.
Personally i think its great and i am happy that a game like that exist.
The usual vanilla take gets boring as most games follow similar paths.
So this is a change.
The story takes a rather weird turn at the end but its not conclusive.
I love that you do not see dad at all. It makes it more immersive.
Character looks great and i would say there pretty good overall.

So, if you like the more brutal approach of "i am forcing you to have sex" this is your game. Others need to check out now.

The funny thing, these are actually my family's names!!! Except with different spellings: Lukas, Elena, Emilia, Celeste. (I know no Celeste in game, but it's my youngest daughter's name.)
I don't like the use of force early in the game. I prefer a "blackmail/corruption" theme to gain "consent." Any threats ruin it a bit for me, but I just imagine a different "backstory" for how our games began.
Otherwise, PERFECT!!!! The renderings are magnificent. Even some skin blemishes on Emily to show she has teenage acne. Perfect for a 13-14 yr old....I mean 18+, yes definitely a mature adult. hahaha.

quite unique story n good render, just not bad resolution,
art : not bad but pretty good art, also if the dev develop further this might be going to be popular
story : pretty unique cuz its got different story than other game, they have many breach reach im i know i got 2 different ending
display/gamplay/other : well its ok, but theres one thing like little bit not necessary like when on the flashback with his wife theres an option/menu with big box, well just like that

this is a good game, I do not find it wrong to handle rape incest in games, because only imagination. Isn't the pleasure of the games here? what they can't do in real life can be do in games maybe blow up a car maybe killing humans maybe rape a daughter

I normally like games were the protagonist is Sadistic and a not so nice character, and at the beginning i really was into this game and liked the way it played out, but now it became a warpedplay were the women suddenly jump from "please dont do this" to yeah lets fuck all tgheter and do other shit, no story telling just some thrown togheter things...

Really good game must more linear than other games as for it deals with realistic if situations and not some mother con,sis con games but shouldn't be contrlled by the pateron peoples wish that would be great for dev to just follow his/her own script

Game has really big potencial, even tho It is not for masses cause of genre.

Was a more realistic take on the realities of incest, then the last update (0.4)occured and it went down hill. Went from a 4/5 to the now rated 1/5.

I Cant even explain what happened at the end of the 0.4 update or the appearance of the "old guy". Will probably give the rest of the game a miss now.

The idea, considering the genre is good, the execution bad.
* Very very poor story: lacking imagination with a really illogical masochism right from the very beginning. Violence without purpose. It's easy to make better than this.
** Very poor quality used on the renders: A laptop is being used says the creator - a bad excuse. The renders are bad and should not be. I have the impression that on the first release they were better and then got worse.
***Models: Couldn't better models, more similar to the characters in the story be used? Both models for the father and the mother seem too young - in other words they all seem to have the same age.

Review v0.4

I played the game in version 0.2 and found it quite good as it serves some fetishes I like.

The dominance over the daughter was a good element on which you could have built the story further. However, the "story" with the new update has become totally lame, because we only jump from event to event and from extreme to extreme. In addition there is now a "magic" component (I don't want too much spoilers here) which makes the whole game ridiculous.

Positive:
- had and has potential if you focus on the daughter and possibly mother with one or two fetishes

Negative:
the renderings are mostly out of focus
the texts are really badly written and unfortunately very faulty
the representation of violence is not credibly conveyed by the chosen environments
The actions of the persons are not comprehensible. Even the decisions of the player character are in many cases completely incomprehensible, if you try to reconcile them with the previous actions

Therefore: 1 star, the new update has unfortunately made the game much worse

It's hard to review this game, it has potential and hits some of my fetishes pretty hard. Like domination, incest, rape, and it does so strongly unlike most games as they try to soften it up for the audience.
No this one doesn't pretend, you'll rape your wife and daughter, you'll break their will, hit them and hurt them.
So this is definitely not for everyone and it's for a particular niche.

EDIT : My issues in the next part are now fixed with the new story additions. I'll keep that part in spoiler tag if you still want to know what was wrong before v0.05.

The game would gain from a real writter and more content between each scene. Currently it's basically a switch from sex scenes to sex scenes without build up, just a couple of lines, that's a mistake when the characters change so much between each scene.

About the renders, I read some saying they are very bad, they are not, they are average. Basically they won't be detrimental to the game but they could get a coat of polish, and the girls are cute so it's all I am asking for.

As for the fetishes, as mentioned above, they are not for everyone, some people said in their review they don't understand how people could find it fun. I would say rather than "fun" it"s more they find it "hot". But there is a simple answer "fetishes". Why would some people like watersports/Scatt? Gay stuff? Grandma stuff? It's all about fetishes.
Here it's straight up domination and rape with a lot of incest. if only the writing could be good...

From a technical standpoint it's terrible.
I don't know if the dev choose to have it look this bad or what but it's very unflattering and downright ugly to look at renders throughout the entire runtime of the game.
Models for the main cast and beyond don't really blend and feel from the same reality imo and should be customized better, though of course this is something every dev goes through and improve upon the more they work in 3D and other forms of art.

Dialogue is not good either, I'd reccomend hiring or seeking help from volunteers for writing and plot.

Tags are as they are and it's a rapefantasy game thorugh and through, so nothing bad to say about that, except maybe execution.

I tried it when it first came out and I tried it now. Not that good then and has not improved in any way imo since that time.

I'm giving it 4 purely because there are so few games that let you rape and really get off on the emotional trauma it's causing. The model of the daughter was decent enough too, I enjoyed the expressions she had, crying and makeup running.

On the downsides though, it's real short, no options other than if you want a bj/footjob/handy, the language is pretty unnatural and it doesn't really let things build up at all it just starts at 100.

But like I said, there are so few games that I'd call proper rape games that it gets a 4 anyway and I hope that a full release appears sometime ... oh also I always appreciate it when you can rename characters, so that was nice.

I won't lie, I'm sorta readying myself for the abandoned tag, judging by patreon numbers (not to mention draconian rules) and previous game of the dev.

That being said, this is fucking amazing. A real rape game. And not the Japanese "women love being raped", but more akin to "this guy is destroying lives" kind of rape, and it is welcome!

To summaries the game, you are raping your daughter, because your wife is a cunt, and WTF else are you gonna do?! 'm I right? Turns out she's a sadist and thinks she is dirt and worth nothing but to make you happy. Win-Win.

Game is just getting started so there isn't that much content. What is there covers some dark fetishes that many might not find appealing, even in a game. However, the models are pretty good and I personally enjoyed exploring the narrative offered here.

Still needs some time to really build up the overall direction of the plot, but currently I consider this a project worth keeping track of.

This game is definitely as dark as advertised. At times a little too dark for my tastes, but YMMV. But I really like that fact that this game lets you explore these dark paths, and that it gives you some options along the way. I don't know of any games on this site that do a better job at this.

The renders and writing (typos, grammar, some awkward dialog) are a little rough though, otherwise would give 5 stars.

I give this game a high rating because of the novelty approach to the rape genre. The character who gets raped (D), just snaps immediately and embraces it, but not in the Japanese "every-hard-sex-is-rape-and-every-rape-is-just-hard-sex" way, she legit seems crazy. The wife also takes a complete weirdo stance and is just on board as soon as she finds out.

With realism thrown out of the window straight away, this could become a great SM D/s game, that takes a more comedic approach. I hope it is intentional.

The graphics quality is bad though, the protagonist especially looks like an 18 year old who drew a beard onto his face. It sort of adds to the whole "rape-comedy" vibe, so I'm cool with it.
