I'm looking for a game where at the beginning we rent a room and the love interest (who are Monster girls) rent a room each in the house.
There is a succubus and i remember that her mother was disaproving that she was feeding on only one guy (the MC) and fear she was going to starve.
A dog girl where we wash her in the shower at some point (and it turn sexual of course !)
A water nymph ( i think) with blue scales.
And i think a librarian told the mc she suspected he have magic sexual powers and wanted to look further.
A sex scene with the mc mother was deleted by the dev.
That all i remember.
