Seeking Harem games with pregnancy similar to Love&Sex:Second Base

Usually pregnancy is just a one-off thing or an ending scene of some sort.
What I like about Love&Sex 2nd base is that the girls can get pregnant, and the game goes on, where the pregnancy is taken in account in the dialogues and every sexual scene is updated to display the belly bump and all.
Also, you're not "forced" to have them give birth. They can just stay like that indefinitely.

Are there more games similar to that?

I played Love&sex, nice game, but it was long ago and as I remember after first pregnancy I had to chose: accept child and new family happy ending scene or breakup with her... it was and of my first run

My Dorm - found this diamod not long ago and loved it, large harem, almost all can get pregnant, but at this moment no visualization, maybe in future

I tried this one, but good lord the writing is terrible. Legitimately kills any interest in the characters.
