Usually in harem games there are always ending scenes where the protagonist gets one or more of the featured girls pregnant. I want a game where impregnating many girls is a possibility in the mid-game, and there are still plenty of possible ways to fuck them while they're visibly pregnant. Is there such a thing?
Well S.H.E.L.T.E.R just updated to add the pregnancy content for the 3rd impregnable character (your younger sister, alongside your mother and elder sister, although if incest doesn't do it for you then the incest patch is optional), so all three now have late-term preggo sex and the ability to give birth, well before the ending of the game. That sounds kind of like what you're looking for.
