Yo! i need to find more games like Taffy Tales, S.H.E.L.T.E.R, Confined with Goddesses, Sex Note. i prefer 2D but 3D is fine when its really good.

Grandma's House - lots of incest and lots of pregnancy, just no incest pregnancy yet.
Depth's Revival - lots of incest and pregnancy, including incest pregnancy. (Note: The mod that adds/restores incest is supposedly unofficial but I find that hard to believe)
Prince of Suburbia - lots of incest and pregnancy, including incest pregnancy. (no patch, you have to assign the relationships)
The Cabin - lots of incest but no pregnancies at all yet. (no patch, you have to assign the relationships) < I think. Def has incest
My Family Farm - lots of incest but no pregnancies at all yet.
The Coven - a pretty new game so not a lot of incest yet and no pregnancies. (no patch, you have to assign the relationships)
A Family Venture - lots of incest - lots of pregnancies is a special but no canon pregnancies yet.
Lunar's Chosen - plenty of incest but you only have your sister in game, no pregnancies in game yet. ( there is a pregnant character but she was already pregnant when you meet her. there are suppsoedly plans for other possible pregnancies)
Tales from the Unending Void - tons and tons of incest, but no pregnancies yet.
Forbidden Passion - plenty of incest, but no pregnancies yet.
All of the games I've mentioned are still ongoing as of my posting, and none of them are exclusively incest. Most of them have amazing stories
