Pretty sure it's just 4 variations on the Mei scene with the different options for clothes. There's a fourth version later that you get as an unlock, too. Seems to just be reskins, basically.

And here is reason - As many of you already know, our game is undergoing a transition from a parody-game to a proper original project.
