Reminds me of this game: S.L.A.M. CyberFantasy Evolution Trainer where devs made 100 locations before making any actual content, just to be safe I guess

Pretty sure it's just 4 variations on the Mei scene with the different options for clothes. There's a fourth version later that you get as an unlock, too. Seems to just be reskins, basically.
