It's not abandoned. They have a discord, and the creator said he's like half way done with the next update...

Great criticism, half of it is useless on a FIRST-Release. With what you counted up there you want a nearly finished product.There is CENSORING on TELEVISION?:O Wow! Let's completly rawdog it on TV.

I cant remember there being a Post-Office - Supermarket, Coffee, Home and Elven-Home are the only available Locations.
