Thanks for all the feedback, both positive and critical. The game is a WIP, but I work on it almost everyday. Hoping to build it into something big and interesting over time. Easiest place for me to address bugs, answer questions, or review suggestions/requests is Discord. But I will check here from time to time as well.

But I was wondering if you could clarify the meaning behind Melody's two "stats;" Cultivation and Serenity...?
Like, what sort of progress or path are they shaping for her and the MC?

My goal with the Affinity stats is to provide a loose framework that I can apply to various characters to define their paths toward two different endings (per character). I didn't want them to be "good ending vs bad ending" or "light vs dark". In most cases, they aren't going to drastically alter the character's story, but they will alter how the character experiences their story.

The idea behind Cultivation vs Serenity is more of an emotional difference. Attaching your emotions to working toward a goal vs finding acceptance in what is.

For Melody specifically, she's invested in restoring her family's cafe. So that's not going to change. But where her hope/comfort comes from will depend on the MC's influence. And there will be two different endings based on how she grows over the course of her arc.
