Having a problem in daz3d please help guys

I have recently started to work in daz3d. I downloaded some assets from this site. They were some home backgrounds (environments).

I did the whole process correctly like i pasted the zip file in the download folder of install manager and then installed it from the daz install manager.

I can see my files in the daz studio but when i try to open them it says 'could not open file file does not exist.'

Sorry if this a noob question but I really need your help guys.

It seems clear that it hasn't been installed properly, as the thumbnails are not shown.

Yes that was the problem. I reinstalled daz3d and now the issue is gone.
