I trying to play this demo but it’s not working because i keep getting this?

That's a common error for a missing image, go to that location and see if you find a file with a similar name (logo.png). If the name is not the exact same you will need to rename it.

Usually this happens either because someone forgot to add the file into the game or because of poor compression/decompression that scrambles non-unicode japanese characters.
