Haven't seen that one. Maybe ask @Dewwey ? Looks like his domain.
(I 'borrowed' all the teen and loli art from him).

How many faces have you noticed in the wrong spot? Just that one?
I could prob fix it myself, but there are a lot of expressions in the game. Depending on how many are wrong, it could take 10s of hours to find fix them all.
