at what point do i put it in the console? new to doing such things please and thank you in advance.
You can just get the fixed HTML file from the OP. That will fix progressing with Charlotte.

You use the console command when there is no progress with Charlotte. Just keep an eye on the quest-log and what happens with her, and it will be clear.
thanks that's what i did and then went thru all of the content. nice start to a game and i hope it gets updated.
I'm working on one currently! Mainly with Mrs. Barton but also with a few bits for other characters.
I have a question how i raise submission for charlotte, its blocked at 10/15 and i cant do nothing expect encourage her
I'm stuck at 5\10 corruption for Mrs Watson and can't find her to get it higher. Only options I have to interact with her are jerking it in her office during lunch and doing her laundry inher room.

I think that's just "Plans for V0.2" where he was outlining his next steps. Given the zero communication that he's had since then I would chalk it up to another abandoned game. He could come back if motivation strikes, but I wouldn't count on it.
Is there a reason to keep doing laundry for Mrs. Watson other than it's your chores for staying there. Seems like a variety of chores (like washing dishes, dusting, or sweeping floors) could be worked in along with a reward - not just trust but maybe occasionally some money or sexy views of her or Barbara (coming out of the shower with just a towel or in panties and bra for example)
