Head Game 2 – Experimental Adult Physics Simulator

Head Game 2 is an experimental adult animation sandbox focused on procedural motion, soft-body physics, and next-generation character rendering.
Inspired by classics like Konashion’s Super Deep Throat, this project pushes the concept into a more advanced, physical, and visually modern direction using Epic’s MetaHuman technology.

This is an early development build – expect missing features, unpolished content, and bugs. The current version is primarily a tech showcase for the new animation and physics systems.

Current Features
  • Procedural animation system driving all movement
  • Soft-body physics for more natural deformation and interaction
  • Basic sound effects
  • Multiple core poses: Blowjob, Anal, Vaginal, Handjob
  • MetaHuman-based characters for high-fidelity visuals
Work in Progress
Features currently being developed include:

  • More stable and responsive procedural animations
  • Additional actions such as Titjobs, Footjobs...
  • Fluid simulation / Cumshots
  • Expanded sound design
  • Dynamic character reactions and expressions
  • More character presets
  • Character customization and future modding support

I’ve been hard at work polishing and expanding the core gameplay systems, and this update brings a lot of improvements to both feel and usability.

What’s new?
  • Improved character collisions
    Characters now interact more reliably and naturally, making physical contact feel tighter and more believable.
  • Increased amount of physical animations
    More movement is now driven by physics, resulting in livelier, more organic animations overall.
  • Soft Body settings are now persistent
    The game now remembers your last used Soft Body settings, so you don’t have to reconfigure them every time you start the game.
  • Soft Body Settings Presets
    You can now save and reuse your own Soft Body presets, making it much easier to switch between different setups.
  • Added teasing poses
    New poses focused on teasing and posing have been added to expand the pose variety.
  • Improved pose selection menu
    The pose selection UI has been refined and now includes filters, making it faster to find exactly what you’re looking for.
  • New interaction: Slap
    Hold Left Shift and right-click to slap the characters. Simple, direct, and very physical
As always, this is an ongoing process. Expect more polish, more interactions, and more systems coming together over time. Feedback is very welcome—especially regarding physics behavior, presets, and the new pose filters.

I really like your physics and soft skin. Imo theres no game out there which does this better!
Would be really cool to see what your approach to these things have been.

Back 2 your game;
The new UI is very nice and much easier to navigate. However there are some bugs with disappearing pose names (You can still click them and they get executed but the list is just blank). Im not 100% sure what I did to archive this, but maybe you already have an idea :)

Also I find your controls not very intuitive. This might be a me-thing, but I think if you would be able to copy the controls from the UE Viewport it would be a much better experience, as they are close to perfect (left mouse + mouse up/down to move the camera in the scene is pretty nice fx). So if I where you, I would try to drop the keyboard controls and switch to a 100% mouse controlled environment.

Apart from that I would love to see more custom configuration options for the character. I believe custom morphs on metahumans are pretty hard to execute, but to change the hair style/color and maybe the skin color (depending on whether its lewds creator or not) should be possible I guess and would already be a huge step towards individual gameplay.

And as the dude above me already posted options for clothes would be really cool (maybe also physics driven, so you really can undress her in realtime like in these Garment Tools (Clo3D, Marvellous, Style3D etc).
(Even tho I guess thats hard to execute, and I personally had no idea on how to do this^^).

Soundeffects ofc would also add much atmosphere to the scenes (slapping sounds, moaning sounds etc) but I guess thats something for later stages of the game.

Anyways like I said, really great work. Cant wait for future updates <3 :)

I don't want to go into too much detail rn. I am a single dev and I am a little afraid some big team will just steal my ideas and build something similar. When I ever reach the point of this game being a success I might share some technical insights.

It's Daz Genesis 8. I wrote a custom deformer graph node to attach the head.

The controls are really just placeholders at the moment :) Improving them is very high on my priority list. Character customization will be added at a later stage.

During my work on Head Game 1 I got lost in developing customization options and more and more complex systems. This time I want to keep it simple until the core is ready. Clothing is also something I am afraid to dive into because of how deep of a rabbit hole it is. Currently I settled on just adding simple clothing like bikinis, lingerie and accessories. My current soft body approach also makes adding clothes more complex and time consuming.

I will add different characters very soon though, so you have at least 3 girls to choose from :p

I am aware of this, but have not figured out what is causing it. Those damm list views in Unreal are cursed :D

Came here from the head game 1 thread, was there to check if it has updates or if it died. I am glad you are making this rn since you've already made (I think) the best game which focused on facials. This will be grand since it will be wider. Just tried it and it is the most realistic game I've ever seen, even in this state. Good luck!

I hope you all had a great start into 2026. Thank you so much for the continued support — it really keeps the development of Head Game 2 moving forward. Also I want to thank everyone who gave feedback here on F95, Patreon and Discord. Seeing that people actually play and like Head Game gives me a huge boost in motivation.

Over the last days I pushed a new build with several important gameplay and system improvements:

What’s new in the current update
  • Added titty sex
  • Improved touch mechanic – interactions feel more responsive and natural
  • Improved Vertex Spring Jiggle Effects for more believable soft-body motion
  • Reworked the user interface – everything is now cleaner and better organized
  • Poses now start with the correct intercourse mode, reducing setup friction
  • Hands automatically attach to nearby characters when moved manually, making posing much easier and more intuitive
Overall, the goal of this update was to reduce friction, improve physical feedback, and make interactions feel more fluid and alive.

What’s next
My next focus will be basic sound effects and facial expressions, including:

  • sucking sounds
  • breathing
  • moaning
This will be the foundation for making scenes feel far more immersive and responsive to what’s happening on screen.

When are you planing to add the old camera controls from HG1? Playing it like an ego shooter is annoying.

Haven't decided yet. Currently I work on adding sounds and facial expressions back in. Maybe controls will be next, as they aren't too hard to implement and add a lot.

Looks promising!

I tried the free ITCH.IO version. I noticed that Mass has an inversed effect on the breast physics where 0.1 makes it heavier than 1. Other than that skin, model and expression looks really good.

If there's a feature I'd like to see, it would be more control over thrust motion. Just more movements like force x,y,z and torque x,y,z with ability to radomized range (frame of ref. CheesyFx Body Language). Also simultanious motion on both game motion.
