The choices, the diversity and personality of character with female protagonist is just a masterpiece. It takes story to another level. How characters change their behaviour towards you by your choices give an amazing feeling of building relationship with them and how you want to be with them.

A Game with a pretty good story and actually meaningful choices, came for the porn stayed for the story but also theres just a parts in the story where theres just a massive gap between porn and im not sure if thats because of the choices I made or just the game.

Also Wejit is a true homie.

I don't really understand how this has such a high rating.

This game looks pretty okay at times, but it's mostly pretty unsightly. It's not the worst 3D out there, but certainly not the best either.

The story gets really weird really fast. There's a metric fuck-ton of dialogue that's mostly exposition and seems to go nowhere. I enjoy games that take some time to lay out the plot and their characters before the sexy times begin, but in this case it's absurd just how much stuff is thrown at your face without any feeling of advancing, be it towards an important plot point or just a simple sex scene.

Honestly it's pretty mid. Give it a go if you're not in a rush to wank., but you might get bored before you find anything remotely interesting.

it might be the only game where i regret giving it high rating, because the porn part is so lackluster. but the writing is just so good/funny/creative that it wouldn't deserve anything less than 4.

the model is great. it's 5/5. especially nude. other models are great too. but the sex scenes are just so boring, short and tbh quite rare, that you should rather think of this as a funny more-or-less quality game than a porn game. sure it has some porn scenes, but imo the whole game is totally unfappable.


i think i played for 6h now but nothing fappable yet. but still funny/interesting story with lots of nudity. and the game is not even slowburn, the sex scenes are just low quality. such a shame, with a great premise like that there could be endless possiblities for interesting porn scenarios... but the dev focuses on writing/humour. which i guess is still worth, but not if you want to fap.

anyway, 4/5, but without the funny talk/characters, i would give it 2/5 MAX. maybe would even consider 1/5 since this is an adult game forum and not book reading and with boring+short sex scenes like that, the graphics of models would barely help its case.

My review of Healslut [v0.84a Public]

Healslut is a game that starts really well but slowly turns into (what feels like) AI-generated garbage and the male protagonist tag is a lie.

You start out as a guy/girl beta testing a fantasy VR MMORPG.
The story switches between RL and the MMORPG, until you eventually get stuck in the latter.

The writing here is very good at first.
You can also make many meaningful decisions that have a big impact on the story and the story itself is still interesting.

Unfortunately that changes half-way through.
Your decisions become much less meaningful.
You suddenly find yourself in a pirate setting and then even in a wild west setting (lol).
Dialogue at that point also becomes mostly random gibberish with irrelevant NPCs that look like what you get when you hit Random in the Oblivion character creator.
And this dialogue also is really lengthy and verbose, while adding nothing to the story.
Oh, and you're canonically a girl IRL now as well (so no male protagonist anymore).

Then another problem appears within the main story:
Since you've had lots of meaningful decisions at the beginning, the game now has about 10+ different subpaths or so.
As a result content is very sparse for people that play a single path.

In terms of graphics it isn't very good either.
99% of it is just backgrounds with sprites - fullscreen renders are pretty rate.

Background music is present and fits the scenes, but isn't remarkable in any way.

Overall a very disappointing game after its great start.

Excellent writing, compelling themes, a branching but coherent story; Healslut is a very rare find.

This game is perhaps the strongest in the genre, and I'm sure the creator could make a good game outside of the adult niche.

Amazingly well written.

Character development is through the roof, especially for Lel, Twig, and Harmony: the first two's backstories hit like Mack trucks, and Harmony's concept is incredibly unique and well developed.

MMO genre awareness is very well expressed up to including Leigh apparently ragequitting because the shiny-new HS class was OP compared to him (LOL), and then him getting petty-happy when it was nerfed through the floor after "playtesting".

Branching possibilities are very well implemented for the most part: you can go so many different ways and yet the story does still progress more or less on track (it must be a real pain to maintain).

The art is top notch, too. I also appreciated that you could menu-switch your appearance (at least later on), the font, etc.

Only two quibbles I have are:

Sometimes the branching stories don't always follow properly, in that I had at least one case where another branch produced a result that wasn't in my chosen path (nvr saw Wendycat husk but had dialogue referencing it). Rare issue, tho. Same w/toadstool: if d/n get it, still got trade offer for vial.

IMO, HS casting should be waaaay more hands-on and "colorful", not generic casting, from the get-go, despite her not being able to RTFM (literal F in RTFM), and the consequences should not be totally manageable, even w/practice: they should leave her more incapacitated and "eager" with her passive aura effect on others consistently causing additional issues, so she should really be getting in more trouble, especially in combat, despite Kaydan holding her back, but she effectively gets a pretty good grip on managing it almost immediately, so less and less a drawback, than just an animation choice, if she even gets affected after first chapters. IIRC, a dev she spoke with confirmed it should not be standard casting, as HS was built around getting physical. Ofc, what's planned and what actually gets implemented are oft very different things, and it's not beyond possibility that her situation could just be that the code didn't implement right, since it wasn't really intended seriously from the beginning.

Great writing, engaging story, nice renders, choices that matter, humor is not cringe(mostly), characters with distinct personalities, you can be a boy/girl/dickgirl(more transformations along the story!) wich is great(affects scenes).
I would give this game 4.5 if i could, there is only 2 things i dislike about it.
Every fuckin character rambles nonstop, any time you talk with someone they say stuff that you can say in 5 words instead they use like 25, its cool if 1 or 2 characters do that, i see that author uses it for humor(and its mostly works) but sometimes its just too much bro, i would never believe that every character would talk like that all the time, that just exausting.
Another problem is everyone constantly gaslights you, not allow you to finish your sentence or misinterpret you, make you look dumb, manipulate your words and stuff like that, the only time that does not happen is when you do some romantic stuff with your LI or something, its so annoying, again some of it is for humor sake and it works, but its too much.
I played the game twice(non looter girl + Roopah romance and the second playtrough was EXTRA spicy), gaslightning when you are on "freeuse" route is fitting, everyone treats you like you are stupid bimbo, every word is used against you and that makes sense and kinda fun since you are "volonteered" for it.
But if you go normal playtrough its just annoying, the only character that never gaslights you or makes fun of you for no reason is Harmony(best girl?).
If you dont care about this 2 points, this game is perfect 5 imo, i had alot of fun playing it and i loved most of the characters, one of those games that still fun without any porn in it, i wish author good luck in all their future work!

Absolutely brilliant.

From funny, thrilling, dramatic, emotional, the wide range of feelings are perfectly imbricated making them never artificial.

The numerous important choices in the game, changing drastically the tone of a scene or the development of the characters, give the game a lot of replayability.

The plot develop in an unexpected way judging by what it seems in the first hours. There are also a lot of themes treated with intelligence and subtlety. The extremely well written characters compliment also the scenario and the themes. Even the most cliché of them reveal to be more than that with some interesting variation, subplot and backstories. The dialogues are also very well done, some of them being hilarious or very touching.

I also love that the game don't push you artificially to the submissive slut type of character that this genre usually does.

And on top of it, it has probably one of the most hilarious sex scene I ever saw. Sir Wejit never disappoint.

Came for the porn, stayed for the... everything else. This is one of those games that I feel like I could play forever and wish it would never end, it's so good.

One complaint some people seem to have is the the infrequent amount of sex scenes compared to the rest of the content but the story is such a fun ride I don't care one bit. Can't please everyone right?

Surprisingly good transformation game

At points funny, you make decisions that actually change things in the story and the story itself is quite interesting

Though its quite short, and there aren't too many actual sex scenes (in a single playthrough you get less than 10, but there are more than that if you play multiple times.) it is still quite fun to play through.

Also its basically a fem protag game, the transformation aspect of male to female isnt really talked about everyone just acts like you are a woman and its not really mentioned that you used to be a dude.

But yeah its a femprotag game, not a lot of sex scenes and its quite short but still recommended.

I'm fully aware this is a porn game or a pornographic comedy game, but I have to say some of the romantic moments and lines really warm my heart. Harmony going all poetic, Roopah showing a soft and vulnerable part of herself, there are many situations and paths I could pick to make my point.

the games and graphics are good but do something about sex change of protagonist. there is a tag of trans female and male protagonists right. and there are many bugs to play the game. I hope you would put a bugfix update soon can't wait to play the game from start without intereptions and most of all with different protagonists.

I really like the idea behind this game, but sadly I found myself getting bored quite early into my playthrough.

The main issue I have is that there is a ton of dialogue and story. It feels very drawn out and like i could skip half of it without missing anything important. There is some entertaining stuff in the dialogue, just not enough to justify reading through all of it.

A lot of the story and characters also just didn't grip my attention. I liked some interactions and dialogue, but the characters behind it mostly weren't interesting enough to get me to care about the story.

The sex scenes also lacked a bit imo. It looks fine, but it's nothing special. The descriptions didn't really do anything for me.

All in all, I like the concept and certain aspects of the gameplay, but I feel like this would need to be redone almost completely to be a truely good game. Someone with more patience might be able to enjoy it, but I don't think it's worth the time. 3/5

I'm writing this review in response to some of the comments I've seen going around complaining about the toxic relationships, about how they call Sparkle a slut and such. Dear author, don't listen to these people; you are doing something unique or at the very least rare with this. If you change it, your game will be no different from all the other cliche lovey-dovey garbage out there

The game is big, or long, and the story is interesting but it has 3 big BUTS:
First the sex scenes don't make up for the amount of story without nothing going on that you need to follow.

Secod the renders quality and image quality is blurry or low resolution and sex scenes don't have much detail, its like 2 renders most of them.

Thirs are the choices, after 8 acts, it was pretty much impossible to keep track of the options I had picked, there are too many, and too many characters, it became even painfull with a walkthrough.

After Act 8 I just skipped to see if there were improvements but there really weren't, and the FIRST prblem of the lacking sex scenes became more apparent. They really can't carry the game.

If you are really into this fantasy/VR story and whatever sex is going on works for you, the wou will perceive this game as 4 or 5.
If you really need the sex scenes to have something more, this game is poor, for a porn game.

If this was a very good and well written fantasy story with lewds on the side, it would be better in my opinion, but its not that good or that well written, so it needs good sex.

havent quite played a game with this amount of variety of choice in the path you take, genuinely enjoyed this games ability to make large and drastic choices that heavily changes the story the further you go.
Art and sexual aspect of this game are also very well refined, i have nothing more to add to that.
The story itself is fun, even if i found it a little silly.

Good game, give it a try.

Great potential but brought down by a lack of pacing between sex scenes. Which is a shame because the non sex bits are actually good fun - just unfortunately there's a little too much of it. Also, while I don't mind the niche sex aspects of the game, I do find it annoying that there is so little cis action in the game.

To be quite honest, I consider this one of the best adult VNs currently. Simply for the fact that the storytelling is both hilarious and complex, animations and renders are top notch, every character is very deep with secrets to uncover and the overall story leaves so much room for development. I could see this being a series with multiple seasons and slow world building. That probably won't happen, but the potential is there.What I appreciate is that sex is more like part of the lore of the world and not self-serving. When it happens it oftentimes drives the story forward, is connected to emotions or explores character traits. For instance, what begins as a simply corruption route can delve into serious topics like bullying and racism. And it makes you actually reconsider choices and chose a different path. That kind of self-reflexion within the tropes of a game is something that I very much appreciate.
