This VN is a romance story with your aunt and cousins done RIGHT.
I like how the dev layers the story with a bit of drama. This is NOT the typical compliment her, bring out on one date and bang till the end game. If you're purely looking for sex and forming a harem, then this might not be for you. This VN actually has a love story to it. Moreover it feels realistic(i know its ironic) as far as fantasies go. Beautiful writing that invokes emotion. This VN is not an adult game, its a Love Story. Dev has a talent with writing scenes. Like the one where you're dancing with the aunt in her room or when she cries to sleep in your arms. Even small scenes like reassuring your cousin that shes the only girl in your life, done to perfection. I hope the dev continues with this type of narrative. I've honestly never seen any VN with that much romantic and emotional investment.

Your aunt and cousins all have different personalities, circumstances and struggles. It breathes life to the character. Especially the aunt, damn. Other romances burn hot & bright but your aunt's path is deep but restrained, gripping but also suffocating, a lot of depth. Youngest sister is an interesting LI too, hell shes a sociopath and sorta manipulative. Dev did a fine job with character development and their respective storylines. Oh, theres also a few other bonus girls, which i believe aren't the "ending girls"(at least for now). I'd say the main attraction for this VN is the individual character stories. Aunt's storyline, made me a monogamy convert. Not sure if theres gonna be a harem and if it does, it'll be honestly weird(due to how it conflicts with each of the women's characters). Having to break up with any of the women is gonna be painful, thats how well written the love interests are.

Visuals are really pretty, love the models of the women. Animation is actually quite decent though has a weird "speed up" option.

Lewd scenes are hot, nuff said.

Game started out not to bad but the dialogue became insufferable, I couldn't stop thinking how fucked up the MC is, it felt like peering into the mind of someone evil manipulating everyone around and attempting to come across as the good guy.
If you like mind games you're probably going to enjoy this, but if you're someone who gets annoyed quickly at childish wish washy internal monologue and actions than you're not going to find a lot of joy in this game other than decent renders.

Let me start by saying that I really like this game a lot.
I love all three ladies in the family, they each have their own strengths going for them.

Auntie has the curves like no other, I mean she is fucking thicc, but even if her ass is gigantic, it works fine for me.
Elder daughter is like a younger version of mommy, but she is clearly more willing to act on her feelings for the MC, even if she denies them verbally for a very long time. We get to pop her cherry, and so far she is the only one we manage to have real sex with.
The younger daughter really has a Lolita charm to her and while yes, she is obnoxious and can be annoying, she is the only one honest about how much she is into the MC.

Visually, the girls look absolutely fantastic, if you like your ladies with a ton of curves. Nothing against the laws of physics, but both the aunt and the elder daughter are voluptous af. The younger daughter has nice curves as well, but does have a different body type, which is great because three ladies who look like they are just the same model in different ages, wouldn't be that great.

The reason why I can't give the game more than four stars is that it definitely has many flaws and even if like a game a lot, I still have to take them into account when it comes to rating the game. (hint: this is how reviews work, listing all the problems and still giving a game five stars is the worst)

Okay, problems not in order of importance, just as they come to mind.
1. At the beginning, auntie lets you do many things, and then she changes her mind, and then she lets you do many things and changes her mind... this is no mistake, she really does this several times. I think the idea was to get at least a bit of action with her, so people can see what's coming, but at the same time keep up the teasing. The problem is, it is done so radically, it just seems forced and repetitive, to a lesser extent that is also true for the elder daughter. There is a fine line between teasing in a way it keeps you all horny for the girl and being tedious and a bit annoying, and sadly Heart Problems veers into the latter from time to time.
2. The writing is pretty riddled with errors and if those are too numerous it tends to get me a little out of the game. Otherwise, it is perfectly fine, but I would love if someone with editorial skills could go over the whole game once and remove those mistakes and maybe do a one over of the writing as well.
3. The younger daughter is so into the MC and the MC already has zero problems starting something with the older daughter, while going after her mom as well, so what is the fucking problem with the younger daughter?
She is younger, yes, but obviously she is not a pre-teen or anything, she knows about sex, and she is infatuated with the MC and his dick, so just fucking stop leading her on and give her what she wants.
4. The story is in many ways just the usual incest game story, that is not a problem per se, because it is done well and has glorious models, but it kind of feels wrong to not let it go into the rating in some way.

TL, DR would be, three frigging hot ladies, a lot of teasing, but really sexy for most of it, writing is fine, but could be better, grammar and spelling could and should improve, but it's worth your time if you are into thicc ladies, and aunt/cousin incest.

Thanks for making a game that is not complicated with no bs plot twist. It's just a great game with a simple story. The character models are nice and the action scenes are hot asf. Though its abit of a slow burn, can't wait till we get to fuck Amelia and Stephanie(pls make her a submissive).

So why 3 stars then?
I feel like the story is more just filler to set up sex scenes. Since this is an adult VN that should be fine. But for me a 5 star game is one of the best on F95 and there is nothing I would change about it.

There isn't any real depth to the characters or plot lines. Davee is your stereotypical bad husband and unavailable dad. He just pops into the story periodically to set up scenarios for how lonely and unloved Amelie is. Lauren (Mia's mom) is your cliche MILF and would only exist in a porn world; she is about as one dimensional as you can get. Mia is another character that is just thrown in for added sex scenes; there is no real reason why she would be pursuing anything sexual with the MC - she is best friends with one of the MC main LI's, she has a boy friend and she doesn't really seem to be attracted to the MC.
Overall the story is just a compilation of various porn world scenarios - which this is a porn VN, so that isn't necessarily an issue.
But for me that is what makes this VN 3 stars, average.

A little torn here. This game has some of the best sex renders i've seen and the sex scenes are very hot.
The story, however is the same old same old and the writing while competent isn't anything special. The narrative here is incest porn game by the numbers: a hot MILF, a couple hot daughters who all slowly fall for the MC and his huge hog. There's nothing particularly wrong with that, and this is a very well done example of that genre, but this game doesn't do enough new or interesting things within that framework to deserve a higher rating imo.
As i noted the sex scenes are excellent, and while the non sex renders are competent but simple, the renders within the sex scenes are tremendous and the animations are well done too.
Overall an excellent example of an incest porn game that has excellent porn but doesn't do enough interesting or new things to rate a 5 imo.
Recommended for pretty much everyone, especially if you like incest.

This Game is Gold consider other games on this site. It has minor feetishes that includes well minors but all other aspects of the game are great. If i could i would be giving to this game 5+. It was hard to pick between 3 and 4 stars. The rendering is done very well and in the end it is the main thing propping up the game, the two younger girls also look very good, still getting close to cartoon proportions but not terrible.

The eyes and skin are good quality. the story itself is a mess with a feminine MC afraid of women and unable to make and choices for himself. The reactions between characters are hit and miss, in come cases they act like real people but in many they dont (especially coward MC)

The biggest thing pulling down the game is the mishshapen/overweight old woman with 8 inch nipples which the MC desperately chases (there is NO way to avoid it even if you said no in all of the first dozen encounters - just as there is no way to say yes to other situations)

The MC proportions are overcompensating too. It's got a 15 inch dick like so many of these games

A really good game, totally deserving of 5 stars. I love how the female characters are created by the developer, they look really lively and charming. The scenes are interwoven very reasonably, the pace of the game is very good, giving me a sense of excitement when playing. Besides, the sound effects integrated in the scenes really excite me. Hope to have a better experience in the next update

Story revolves around on aunt being disregarded by her husband and you being there mend her loneliness while her two clueless daughters keeps on being lewd and tease you most of the times. A lot of unrealistic scenes like MC is literally being horny with the mom always but her daughters haven't noticed or sensed about it, but it is what it is, it's a fictional story, nothing we could do about that. Sexual content ramps up as chapters go by, so there's satisfying build up, i guess?

MC is too much of a pervert i would say, a lot of choices to get horny with his aunt and it's obvious his main motivation taking care of her is because of his desire to fuck her. I would still rate this 5* since the renders and animation are really well done and i didn't skip most of the dialogues means i'm hooked to the story. Animation gets better as chapters go by as well. I hope there will be time skip in the future and more diverse characters to meet. Goodluck to the developer! <3

My favorite game on this site.

Starts a bit plain, similar to other incest games on this site, but as we move forward, the dev improves, characters become more self-aware, visuals and animations become top-notch.

This is a game that I think reminds us of the importance of foreplay and building tension. The dev is the master of little touches, kisses, and body language, which he uses perfectly to build up the relationship with the aunt. Some say it moves too slowly, but I personally think it has perfect timing, what truly creates frustration is the long wait between the updates.

For some negatives: as I said, long waits for a game that does not bring out mega updates. And a really annoying one - you cannot reject any women (or at least I wasn't able to) in this game. In the beginning, there were quite a few choices, but at some point, the dev removed them, perhaps because limiting us to a route would make updates seem smaller? Hopefully, he brings the point system back.

This is what I call a good/bad game. On the one hand the models are pretty decent but on the other the story largely makes it so the MC is so cringe it's hard to enjoy the game at times. The story is pretty standard but there is no real way to feel like using corruption to get his way with his own family is enjoyable unless you're a loser who could never get a girl without using alcohol. The dick rubbing scenes during yoga are especially bad.

There are various little stories involving other women that work well enough. An Mc meeting a milf friend of the MC's mom or aunt is pretty standard so you can't really mess it up. The cousins friend jumps in too and these scenes are fine. The only problem comes with the MC and his aunt and two cousins. He really comes off as a creep at times which makes all the speeches about "oh you deserve more" really dumb. There is no sense that there is any relationship on the horizon and how could there since the MC is roughly the same as some douche who goes clubbing to get girls blind drunk? Corruption is best left to mindless ntr fuckfests- it undermines the more serious parts of this story.

There aren't any real choices or mechanics in this game either. That's fine at times but again what if you don't want to treat your aunt like some bimbo? Too bad because the Mc switches between considerate and sexual predator type depending on the scene. This is really the biggest weakness of the game. Three stars seems more than fair.

I like my porn games to have a story. Sex scenes are secondary, what matters is the dating and the little details. I also like the forbidden aspect of incest.
Heart Problems has a generic incest story at best. The characters are all losers. But they sure are hot. The MC has the generic big dick. But the girls... Let´s just say juicy and gorgeous. The individual scenes, the same generic scenes you´ve seen everywhere: the movies, the massages the drunken nights. Nothing new here. But... i´ve said it before: juicy and gorgeous.
I´ve just finished version 0.6: one down two to go. That´s the bit of the story i remember. But this has been my go to fap game for the past 2 weeks. There´s something special here.

Amazing game!

• The pacing is excellent
• The mom character is done really well (visually and in terms character).
• All love interests seem believable and are interesting.
• The erotic scenes and build up are really good.

• The clothes fitting is bad in some cases.
• The friends mom's build up was intensely gripping but the sex scene was disappointing ( no shots of her breasts or ass as she undresses, just straight to sex and locked into 1 position, which sucks because beforehand her big breasts and butt are mentioned many times).
• The dad seems sensible at the beginning but later he's suddenly an asshole.

That being said, overall I think the game is already a classic. The love interests are 10/10 and the build up and story is close to 10/10 as well.

Just wow. Where do I start? The only slight negative would be the pacing at the start perhaps, but it does properly set up the characters/story/setting for the rest of the story. The characters have great models (for ass lovers especially!) and the animations that go with it are benchmark, sounds and all. I was legit sad when I got to the last part of the latest update after that incredible scene with your (sister, niece, stepsis, whatever you want!) which is usually not the feeling I have when I go through any game here.

Easily a 10/10 already, looking forward to the next update!

This game is infuriating. I tried my best to make it through but I'm not enjoying myself and since that's what entertainment is about I'll just stop and give my thoughts.

We'll start with the visuals. Anyone and everyone will tell you they're great and that's because it's true. The renders are crisp, the characters are attractive, and the animations are good.

That's about all this game has going for it from my point of view, so let's get to all the other stuff.

There isn't a single character I liked, and I think my dislike for the characters stems from the fact that we see all of them from the perspective of the worst character of them all: the MC. A pushover, doormat, dependent waste of space who has about as much agency as a tree (I mean, he's completely helpless when the uncle puts him up at the apartment. If it wasn't for some contrived nonsense getting him food, I actually think he might've starved to death.) I may not be being entirely fair to the other characters since everyone else is written pretty decently, but the way the MC views them and interacts with them makes me frustrated and leaves me with a worse impression of the characters than they deserve. (Except Amí, she's toxic as shit, but that doesn't equate to bad writing.)

The story's the same it always is, incest is a saturated genre and this does nothing new; if you've played at least 5 incest games you'll recognize the plot.

If you're in it for the pretty pictures I think this is the game for you, there's no denying the visual quality on display here. If you're in it for an actual enjoyable story, I think you should look elsewhere. There are better VNs out there that touch on the same subjects and kinks

Quite good.
The renders are pretty high quality, and while in the beginning the animations are not that great and there are seemingly unfinished renders with small role npc characters being represented by simple mannequins, as the game progresses the quality in renders and animations improves significantly.
The game starts pretty slow and has a lot of teasing scenes, especially with the aunt, but they get more exciting as the game goes forward. The most interesting character, and probably the best written one as well, is the aunt and im looking forward to see more of her.
It is definitely worth a try.

I probably should have waited until version six to write a review.
From the very first release this game is thrilling and truly captivating. Many people will say that we are facing the usual trite plot with the protagonist whose family is full of beautiful women led by the stunning mother. But it is only a superficial glance, if we dive a little bit deeper we will see the most interesting dialogues and elaborated narration of the game. The relationship between the protagonist and the fairer sex really evolves and apart from the brilliant Summer's Gone I can't think of any other game where the relationships were so coherent and logical. Take for example beautiful mother, starting with a simple hug we get more and more into passion, kisses, fiery embrace, perhaps real intimacy is not far off. In general everything as in life this game is about love and relationships, if you need a quick win and sexy animation in 2 minutes from the beginning - please do not waste your time As for the animation with each version of the game it becomes more and more beautiful some scenes have several views, in general from an aesthetic point of view everything is also great. What is missing in this wonderful game? I will try to describe it:
- The main character doesn't change at all. Yes he's handsome and all that but living on his father's neck, using his money and secretly seducing his woman...
Actually for decency's sake he could at least pretend to be looking for a job or trying to find his calling he's not 14 after all. Then money for potted flowers and other gifts would have been easy to find
- A bit unnatural closeness of what is going on. It is clear that the game was made during the influence of Covid, however our characters could go out of the house more often. Otherwise sometimes it seems that only the father of the protagonist is normally socialized
- In the first few versions of the game it is said several times that the protagonist's sister is still a virgin, by the sixth part we find out that this is not quite true? What happened, did someone deceive us or has Kylee been deceiving us the whole time ?
Anyway, don't scold me too much for complaining I just want this game to be even better and enter the pantheon along with the best of the genre. Thanks to everyone who read to the end, I look forward to continuing the story!
