Beautiful dolls! The female body is depicted at its finest, with high-quality rendering. I really appreciate the developer's art style. The story seems simple but pleasant to read. There are a few secrets regarding the MC's backstory that will be revealed as the plot develops. However, as of chapter 8, there are some aspects that are not well explained and a few remaining secrets.

Each character has their own personality, they are distinct and well-detailed: the tenderness and maternal love of the prudish aunt Amelie, the mischief and cheekiness of the younger cousin Stephanie, and the sexiness and allure of the older cousin Kylee. Each one has its own appeal, but they are all equally beautiful and captivating. Even the side characters have their charm (Mía is so crazy and hot!).

During the development of the story, you can observe a gradual evolution in the intensity of the emotional relationships between the MC and his aunt and cousins. It is fascinating to witness how Amelie gradually lower her defenses against the impetuous MC and allow herself to be swept away by pleasure and desire.

Undoubtedly, the standout feature of this VN is the erotic scenes and sensual moments, featuring fondling, groping, grinding, and kissing, which I find particularly enjoyable. The sex scenes are impressive, depicted with passion and attention to detail, showcasing various sexual positions and smooth animations. Additionally, the ability to change different POV and speed adds to the immersive experience. Overall, the quality of these scenes is among the best I have encountered.

The music is decent, although honestly, I didn't pay much attention to it as my focus was on other aspects. There are a few sound effects for kisses and moaning, which is a nice detail and enhances the allure of the sex scenes.

Having played up to chapter 8, I am eagerly anticipating the development of the upcoming chapters of this Visual Novel, which I consider one of my favorites.

Good game..enthralling story line but a bit slow..milf model is great.. animation is one of the best..can be better with the pace...but keep up the good work dev..would like to see more like this with frequent updates..

The models and posing stand out in this game. This is as good as it gets. I also love the pacing of relationships and content. The growing temptation with the aunt is what makes the game for me. The older cousin and her friend is great too. It's what keeps me around in the meantime during the slow burn with the aunt.

The only part I dislike is the how annoying the youngest daughter is and how frequently she blocks content with other characters in the story.

Very good work, finally a good character development in a game. Most of the time this part is lacking and you just engage in lust and not love. Indeed, a bad character dev makes the characters forgettable, like a one night stand. Continue the good work.

In terms of models, story, sex scenes, this visual novel stands out from the crowd. If there was something I could change, then I would like to have the choice how MC cums. It's just that each of us has their own fetish. Other than that, just praise.

I can say this is one of my favorite games. Very beautiful images, smooth animation, engaging plot. Amelie is my favorite character, hopefully it will be updated regularly.

The story has been good with a variety of interactions with the different LI's. The younger cousin can go from being extremely annoying to being a nympho (which isn't a bad thing, just the annoying brat part!) The older cousin seems about right for just wanting to have some fun and sex. The aunt is conflicted about the MC's attention towards her, being he's her nephew, but with the more BS that's going on with her husband, they get much closer and intimate. The MC starts acting extremely obsessed with his aunt wanting her all the time. Personally, I find it creepy, but it's only a VN so whatever! It's a good play, with some quirks, but that makes it more interesting.

This game deserves 5 star-rating for the genre it belongs to. Like mentioned elsewhere, the art and animations vastly improve over the last 2-3 chapters, and the sexual content progresses just fast enough to excite, but not too fast to break tension.

The dialogue is nothing special, but the pacing of the story is well-done and keeps you hooked.

The character design and animation are top-notch, making it one of the best harem stories on F95.

Story is meh! Pretty much the same stuff you've read in countless AVNs across this site. Very kinetic, one dimensional narration. Almost no meaning ful choices.

The younger sister is one of the most annoying character I've encountered. And worse, she doesn't impact the plot at all yet. It feels forced and unnecessary.

2 stars are only for the artwork . To be fair to the dev, the animations have improved a lot in the last few chapters. The girls are beautiful and the sex scenes are quite fapworthy. And thats 'bout it!

A very cozy game, a calm and atmospheric plot without any debauchery, purely secret awakenings that everyone experiences in the depths of their souls, we look forward to the rest of the story!

There are a lot of negatives, like the fact that updates take forever to come out, there's very little follow-up, and the game has been teasing the MILF character the entire time. The protagonist should have already slept with her by now, as we're three updates deep without that happening. The dev is clearly holding off for money, knowing that once people get what they want, many won't pay anymore. As a developer, that's a terrible mentality—you should aim to make the best product possible, not milk your customers.

But despite all these flaws, which many other games also suffer from, this game has some things going for it that others don't. For example, having the two cousins and progressing significantly with one of them early on is a huge plus. It doesn't take forever for the protagonist to sleep with a main character, which satisfies the community’s desires early on, and that's good. The designs are amazing, and so are the scenes. And while the updates take a long time, they’re big and high-quality when they do drop, unlike games like Gunpowder Cocktail, where updates seem like they're just there to shut up Patreon backers and are often short and disappointing.

The writing is good, the scenes are well thought out, and the dev doesn’t abandon main characters like other games do, where instead of progressing the story, they’ll drop an update focused solely on a side character, screwing up the game’s pacing. This game also avoids stuffing a ton of characters in for no reason. So many games are halfway through development, like at version 0.4 or 0.5, and they keep adding new characters instead of fully developing the ones that already exist. You end up with 8 or 10 characters, none of whom are well-developed, and it steals time from the main ones.

Here, that’s not the case. It's consistent and develops what it has. I’d much rather have three well-designed, well-written main girls than 10 mediocre ones. If you’ve been following it for a while, you might feel ripped off because it’s at version 0.9 and still hasn’t delivered on the MILF scene, but if you’re new to it, I’d easily say it’s one of the best games in its genre and one of the best on the web—top 5 for sure, a must-play.

Simple story and plot is about as generic as it gets, but the models are good and the writing while typical for these isn't as unbearable as so many others. Decent amount of content for how long its been in development. Some of the animations are unbearably cheesy though (particularly the stephanie character)

This game is perfect for me! I loved it. The story somewhat felt like a mix of sisterly lust and AWAM(for me, which i really liked). And the animation is really good. The younger sister path somewhat felt unnecessary to me, but game is soo f good

an independent narrative adventure game that addresses emotional and personal themes. It offers a unique experience by exploring the life of a main character with heart problems and the animations are super great all in one, this game is one of my favorites and the truth is that it is a game that I recommend.

While the animations improve as you move through the (as of this review, eight) chapters of Heart Problems, the story never does. The quality of the renders and animations are enough for a once through, but not only is there no real replay value (apart from the gallery available through mods) but you’ll likely find yourself skipping through the largely conflict free and repetitive story that overstays its welcome long before you reach the end of current development.



First, some high notes. There is a decent soundtrack that, while not memorable, is still nice to have. Later scenes have sound effects during sex scenes that were modestly used and another welcome addition. The renders are gorgeous from the get go. All of the love interests are knockouts and are beautifully rendered. The facial expressions may be limited, but that is more of a nitpick then a genuine criticism. The adult content improves dramatically in the later chapters, with early scenes involving renders only, then low-framerate animations, to eventually high FPS animations with multiple stages, such as when you finally have sex with one of the cousins.



The major downside is the story, or lack thereof. It begins with a drunken outing with one of the MC’s cousins that ends with you getting caught by your uncle while fooling around. He reluctantly (he’s not a monster, go figure!) sends you off to live in an apartment he keeps which happens to be near the cousin’s sexy best friend and sex-starved mother. At this point I thought, “Okay, we’re off to the races!” but then the oddest thing happens. After only a day or two at the apartment, you’re whisked back into the house and the story devolves into repeatedly trying to get into everyone’s pants.



Don’t get me wrong. Getting into everyone’s pants is, more often than not, the point of the game, but when it’s the only point of the game, it can get tedious very fast. I was hoping for a story, romantic or otherwise, to tie all the adult content together, but unfortunately the story boils down to endless subtle and not-so-subtle attempts to whittle down your families’ defenses and get them to have sex with you. Any avid fan of adult visual novels will note that the top games on the site invariably have the adult content come as a consequence of a separate story rather than being the sole focus. Whether it’s the trials and tribulations of college life, learning to run a brothel, or trying to uncover a conspiracy in a Matrix-style universe, the adult content is treated as secondary to the story. In Heart Problems, the only real story is “How many times will I have to fondle my aunt’s tits before she’ll let me go further?” or “How many times must I tell my cousin that it’s not a big deal for cousins to fool around before I can get to third base?”


On top of the absence of a compelling narrative, it takes a significantly long time to advance the adult content. This makes some sense with the aunt, who would be understandably skeptical about a relationship with her sister/brother’s kid, but I know from experience that cousins are far easier to convince. If they were brother and sister than it might make sense, but the elder cousin puts up far too much of a struggle, especially given that neither her nor the MC are virgins. The slow pace from kissing, to kissing and fondling, to playing with breasts, to touching your penis, to a hand job, to another hand job, to kissing with a hand job, etc. It just takes far too long to get where it’s inevitably going. As of chapter 8, you’ve only just managed to bed one cousin, along with two one-offs with characters in the early chapters who almost completely disappear for multiple chapters afterwards.



Quite frankly, it gets quite tedious reading, “oh, but we shouldn’t” for the 50th, 60th, 70th time while yet again getting the sinking feeling that you’re about to be cockblocked until the next chapter.



With a bit faster pace, a bit more adult content, and a separate story so as to add some dramatic elements connecting all the adult scenes together, this could easily be a top contender. The renders and animations are already a step above most of the other games on the site. That said, even with all the criticisms, including my having to reluctantly rely on the Ctrl and Tab keys in the later chapters to get through the repetitiveness, it was a pleasant experience overall and I’m looking forward to the next chapter.
