I rather liked the animations, and the models [at least their faces] were, you know, wow.
My problem comes from the lack of true choices in the game. I am not into chubby-chasing, and so gals with a lot of junk in the trunk do not turn me on. I get that others like a big badokadonk, but give me a choice to sidestep or pinch off that relationship path. Unless I was a cruel bastard to the Puerto Rican Mum, I railroaded into sex with her. As well, I cannot be the only one who kept noticing how Amelie's ass kept getting bigger and bigger with each update. It kinda reminds me of what DC artist Wally Wood [wot a name, that] kept making Power Girl's chest bigger until someone noticed.
We have noticed that Amelie's butt keeps getting bigger. For the love of God, please stop before she explodes or has a stroke or something.
The plot of the game is interesting, but with the MC pledging his etrnal love to at least two of the women living under the same roof and being forced into sex by the third, this is going to end horrifically. And that knowledge keeps pulling me out of the game; I'm unable to appreciate the sexy stuff because I am worried someone's gonna bust down the door and then There Will Be Blood. Get a hotel room, for cripes sake.
So, the reason it didn't get a 5 is because of the pandering to the FatAss crowd as well as the mismanagement of the story arcs. Apart from those things, the art and the lewd scenes are great.

Fake choices. Some LIs are unavoidable. The plot summary should point out that the story is on rails in regards to certain characters, so if you're not into MILFs you're gonna be wasting a lot of time reading about the MC who just can't keep himself from going after her despite you choosing not to every chance offered.

Awesome game! Great CG + animations, interesting story line. The graphics/character models change over time and are significantly improved in the later chapters. Worth sticking around if you are on the fence after the first couple chapters.

The game is average at best in most aspects. As many other reviewers already wrote, the story is our standard porn-logic family fuck party, the girls are stereotypes to the bone, nothing exciting to find here. Render quality is good, but most characters look pretty pale, the whole render scenery looks pale, don't know if this is some kind of a more "realistic" look, if so it doesn't work.

So why 5 stars?

This one simply is the best game I've ever seen when it comes to groping physics and body part animations! The dev clearly fancy the touching, fondling and groping of tits and asses, and he puts every attention of detail into the touching, squeezing and sucking. Where other games' sex scenes look like to logs rubbing against each other, here literally everything moves and wiggles, it's fantastic! And it gets better with each update.

So if you aren't interest in these things, this game won't be for you. But if squeezing attractive busts and behinds is your fetish, look no further, this is the one you were allways looking for!

Amelie (aunt) and Kylee (cousin) models are very beautiful. The sex physics are also very well done, especially the way the butts shake in doggy style.

The rest I would say is average/below average.

Amelie is honestly perfect other than being intellectually disabled and letting the MC conveniently rub his horse dong all over her "without her knowledge"

I understand the dev is trying to throw in "sexy" situations but I think they push the limit of reality too much where not even suspension of disbelief can save it. It borders on "they're fucking in space" 'cause FAMILY. I mean, making out with the Aunt on the beach with the entire family literally a few meters away? With nothing to cover them? That isn't exhibitionism, that's a retarded world where you can do whatever you want and no one will notice. (there's a work by Aomizuan with that premise, although you've been warned to watch the tags with his works)

I mean, the MC literally spends more time wooing the Aunt in the parking lot than he does for 90% of the story (funny how he rather spend quality time with her where they can be publicly caught). Typically when you have the exhibitionism scenes you get the hard/rough sex because they have the nerves and they want to get it done and over with as soon as possible *or* the cats out of the bag but they still have some rough sex - but nope, you literally have the MC blue balling himself and deciding "let's just go to 2nd base since we're already there and I totally haven't been on edge for the last 24 hours" and I wanna eat her out and sing her a song since I have plot armor. /rant

tldr: the game is carried by the design of Kylee and Amelie (since they're my cup of tea visually speaking... personality/intelligence wise I can't say the same - the whole cast is pretty bad for that)

Checked out this Title after a long time,

personally, I liked the very, very first concept much more. I felt more gaming, tension and more exciting overall by the original concept and gave more attention to every single text and Scene.

How ever. The Strg+Skip linear version today (only interrupted by dialogues without further story consequences) is also ok. For the quick ones.

In the end it's a matter of taste, still very nice Daz Pr0n and downloadworthable. It's no game or challange, sadly more or less a simple Dia|VN show.
The temptation to press CTRL is quite high. It's a shame, because the work of individual scenes is not appreciated by ths way.

But like I said, the temptation is there and I think many impatient people just use the CTRL method.
By this way a painfull crafted planned story and it scenes "may" become only a fraction of seconds of attention. Thats the downside.

Personally I do think that the Dev has given too much to those who complained about the original GameMechanics instead of following his own gut and sticking to his original idea and feeling.

Eighter I make a game, very happy assuch with the help|Inspiration from the community, but in the end I do it my liking, or I do not. Period.

Some say: I "should learn" not to care too much and be finally freed for making real great stuff that I enjoy!

I'm going to sound like a big nerd while writing this but the overall game is decent because there needs to be more attractive women rather than just sticking perfect ass and boobs on a character, though most people are gonna disagree with me. The main character should have more self control rather than having sexual interactions with every girl he sees, I'm fully aware this is a nsfw game but in this case the game needs more optimal decision making. The storyline though so far is great and I'm definitely interested in seeing where the story goes and what takes place, although I suggest including more characters.

This is hands down one of the best nsfw games out there. Each of the scenes, even the simple kisses are so fuckin erotic. The best milf and the best barely legal ass out there fr. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high quality animations, render and hot af character models. I'm not even ashamed to admit that my short bucket got filled with crusty tissues even before I reached ch 9.

Heart Problems is one of the best house incest games, if not the best on the market. What do i mean by "house incest" ? well they are basically games where the entire point is romancing and seducing your family members. Thats it. So dont expect some intense or emotional storyline here. Its just incest and fucking great incest at that.

Some of the best renders in the business. All the main love interests are fucking hot. Obviously the aunt is my favorite. She just has such a nice thick body, i really like how shes not super skinny, shes just thick. Your little cousin is petite with a nice fat butt. Your older cousin is basically a runway model with an amazing figure. All of the girls are 10/10 but the mom is a 12/10.

One thing i enjoy about Heart Problems is that every girl feels distinct. You are romancing and seducing your aunt, your little cousin is seducing you, and you have a already established romantic relationship with your older cousin. All of these paths make for unique storylines and fun interactions.

I love the sex scenes. Fantastic animation and set up. What i love about this game is that the dev really understands how to do soft core scenes right. There is barley any sex in this game outside of the older cousin, but those scenes reach the heights of the sex without having any sex at all.

So, if you enjoy incest house games then i really recommend this. If you dont well i think you will still enjoy the porn here, but i wouldn't say you would enjoy most of the experience outside of it. This is right up my alley though, so its a 5/5 for me.

It blows my mind how a game like this can get this high rating when its pretty much just a kinetic novel with fake choices, i guess most must have a big tit fetish so they just go after every girl in the game, problem is when you dont have the big tit fetish this game is awfull but not just due to that.

You are made to belive this is a choice based game but its not, its purely kinetic when it comes to family and incest and its forced on you.

I tried picking 100% bad choices with the Aunt/Mother, like never checking her out, not supporting her, saying no every chance i got, then game starts popping up with single choices like touch her kiss her and shit like that and thats after a million bad choices so all my past choices means nothing what so ever, MC will do sexual things with the aunt and you can not avoid it in any way.

Then theres the blueballing i mean fuck this is awfull, its the worst blueball game ive seen to date, you get about a million handjobs, BJs, grinds, theres almost 0 sex in the game outside the big sister/cousin, aunt 100% blueballs, little sister 100% blueballs, not a single sex scenes with them for 9 chapters and years or development and still game is this highly rated its just wow....

The story it self is average at best, typical incest story nothing new and pretty bland and a hardcore slowburn for 2 out of 3 characters.

Its pretty much all kinetic and should be tagged as such, all girls are forced, even the friend of the big sister is forced at times so you truely dont have any controle over anything, it also ignores all choices you make doing the game.

Visually this game is S tier. The models are hot, the renders are great, and the scenes are amazing and very well animated. I'm also a big fan of the SFX for the scenes. The groping and kissing scenes alone are hotter than 90% of games on this site.

The story: Well it's a kinetic novel with no real underlying plot that's being followed. It's very 'slice of life'ish. However I do think the story serves it's purpose well as a bridge between the scenes.

The romance and build up to scenes is also excellent. The individual updates are pretty long and satisfying on their own.

Objectively this game would be around a 4, but for me it's definitely a 5/5.
Heart Problems doesn't reinvent the genre or have a crazy premise, it's simple but executed perfectly. And you can really tell how the dev improves over time.

Very little that is spectacular here, but what is here is solid.

This is a very unambitious "game" that essentially abandons any pretense of being something beyond a kinetic novel quickly. Kinetic novels can be great if their plots and interesting, but this one's is not. It is about as stock as you can find.

The models are good. Posing is pretty amateurish in chapter 1/2 but it soon improves. Overall the visuals are solid if unremarkable and repetitive. The sex is the same. Quality animations, but little imagination and a lot of repitition (get used to having like 6 titjobs scenes in a row with the MILF in the midgame).

Overall this is kind of boring and unambitious, but the quality is there and you will probably get something out of it.

Review of CH9 for Heart Problems 3/5

I have to say this is not a trash update, but it isn't a good one or a master piece either, like many ppl say. It's a mediocre one, with flavor. And a waste of fucking opportunities.

I think there are two things that cannot be argued about this game (AND even less so in this update). The amount of work on details he puts into it, and the fluid and effective dialogue.
I love how the dude, makes a lot with so few, the graphics are really simple (I would even say bad and dated at some moments (for example, sometimes, the faces of the girls look lifeless, with dead eyes)). But the guy manages to create lovely scenes, loop animations, poses and face expressions that make the whole thing flow. Same with the script, is quick, straight to the point, but at the same time, it's really well thought, it feels natural and fits really well. There are no three pages paragraphs of unnecessary talk, that some snobs love... and neither is too scarce to the point of being two words per interaction before a naughty scene in which you wouldn't feel anything.

What makes this update a mediocre one, is the main focus in teasing and only teasing without any type of delivery or reward to the player. And a friking tragic waste of magnific opportunities. Plus, is even worse if we take into account the amount of time that it took.
This update could've easily been divided into 3 parts, for each of the girls on the beach. Why do I say this? Because it created situations that ended abruptly, after a fantastic crescendo of build up to just be burned out for the sake of moving on.
You can even see it in the ending scene of the chapter, in which a blowjob occurs, but when it happened, after the animation loop, it went away in just three frames.

Ugh... for me, it’s depressing to know that we are not going to come back to these awesome moments, to consummate what was so well started, and that’s the real tragedy. The IP has so much potential and quality, but it wouldn’t be the first time that the creator decides to go for the “long run route”.

Again, an average update 3/5 that didn’t manage to ship the player to a single port. Something that could have easily been solved with a quick fix provided by a side character. Or focusing on less characters.

Good Story with right number of scenes too it was engaging to play. Hope to see the future progress it seems it will be good each episode gets better than the last one. Amelia is a good character waiting to see her development.

(Review of v0.9)

I first played this game back when the project was still starting. It looked good but back then the content was pretty limited. I'm glad I returned to it now.

The MC is a 21 years old perv with a ripped body that has been living with his aunt, his uncle and their two daughters for most of his life. In short, the main LIs are his aunt (a lovely MILF near her 40s with a curvy body to die for) and her two daughters. This is not your run-of-the-mill harem game with thousands of girls running towards you to suck your dick; some characters will be willing to do that but they're very rare, and you will have to work particularly hard and be patient to have your way with your aunt.

Let's go with the technicalities. The story is believable enough, in particular the long process to make your aunt more willing to "open" to your appetites. The slow burn may prove to be too much for some players but hey, be glad that this isn't a sandbox and you have to waste your time clicking around and fulfill all kinds of inane tasks.

Animations are smooth, they come with sound and are pretty standard at first, however as the storyline progresses they get better and better. They become interactive, with several camera angles and "speeds" to select from, and in several cases you get to decide how it ends (cum inside, outside, where to do it...). Add this to one of the hottest MILFs you'll ever get to see in a videogame, plus a fairly decent simulation of physics for things like bouncing butts, and you get to see some truly mesmerizing scenes. In particular I'd say MILF lovers can't miss this one, but those into teens or petite girls won't come out disappointed either. There's also the odd threesome and some exhibitionism to spice things up even further.

In v0.9 you can't yet fuck your aunt, but seeing how the scenes with her are so increasingly hotter and daring I can't wait to see what further updates will bring to the table.

Probably one of the best adult games ever and this update was epic. All these malcontents lubricating their cum rags with their tears because they can't handle a slow burn story, a long dev hiatus and want immediate satisfaction.

this game isnt easy to rate.

it has one of the most beautiful curvy milfs ever featured in those games, and some top notch teasing, gropping and all kinds of sex scenes with her apart from the most important one - (vag) sex. it is kinda cliche for all avn-s - the best chick will get her content the last one.

to make it worse, for AVN (a game that supposedly should have a freedom of choices/chicks) there is a chick mc cant avoid whatever he does - she is enforced, so if you dont like her, a tough luck. and she isnt his GF, exGF or something like that. mc also cant break with her at any point...to put it simply- the game should be titled "fucking kylee (the name of enforced chick) over and over amd again" or "teasing with amelie (the main milf) over and over again". it really feels like kinetic novel - it has some choices here and tehre, including single ones, yet mc cant realy decide who he wanna tu pursue or have some fun with.

more negatives are pointless "single choices" (mostly with mentioned enforced chick), a story that doesnt make much sense and is subpar in general. the writing/dialogues and sex scenes could be repetitive at times, more enforced chicks (best friend of enforced chick, were there any doubts in that regard?), yet all those negatives are somewhat masked with gorgeus models, particularly the main milf, so most people go with "wow, what a great game!", while it doesnt have much of a game at all.

two stars...no game/kn with such hot milf can get one star, regardelss of anything else.
