this game isnt easy to rate.

it has one of the most beautiful curvy milfs ever featured in those games, and some top notch teasing, gropping and all kinds of sex scenes with her apart from the most important one - (vag) sex. it is kinda cliche for all avn-s - the best chick will get her content the last one.

to make it worse, for AVN (a game that supposedly should have a freedom of choices/chicks) there is a chick mc cant avoid whatever he does - she is enforced, so if you dont like her, a tough luck. and she isnt his GF, exGF or something like that. mc also cant break with her at any point...to put it simply- the game should be titled "fucking kylee (the name of enforced chick) over and over amd again" or "teasing with amelie (the main milf) over and over again". it really feels like kinetic novel - it has some choices here and tehre, including single ones, yet mc cant realy decide who he wanna tu pursue or have some fun with.

more negatives are pointless "single choices" (mostly with mentioned enforced chick), a story that doesnt make much sense and is subpar in general. the writing/dialogues and sex scenes could be repetitive at times, more enforced chicks (best friend of enforced chick, were there any doubts in that regard?), yet all those negatives are somewhat masked with gorgeus models, particularly the main milf, so most people go with "wow, what a great game!", while it doesnt have much of a game at all.

two stars...no game/kn with such hot milf can get one star, regardelss of anything else.

Story is kind of meh but the "Plot" though is a different matter.
And the animations, man the details stoll amazes me everytime i play it.
so my rating is mainly for the character and animations.

This is my first review, it is till the chapter 8 of the game. I have recently founded this website because i was using other websites and to be honest this is the best website for AVN games.
Now for the review, this is one of the Best Games i have played till far and believe me I have played a lot of AVN games.

There are mainly three females which is focused in this game ,
1. Amelie The Milf (hot ,caring ,sexy, very mature)
2. Kylee (sexy, hot, flirty, funny, caring)
3. Stephanie (a teenage kid, annoying)
Lets talk about,
1. Amelie first, one of the best milf exists in avn games. She is my favorite character so far camparing to any other games i know this game comes under slow category but it is really really worth it.
Amelie in not that kind of milf which is very horny and a slut it slowly develops the relationship in this games which is why i liked it. She falls for the mc very slowly in a right pace the developer has done the masterpiece creating this character. You will get many many scenes with her and I am not talking about sex its about groping teasing and loving her and in the latest two chapter 7 and 8 which has very great scenes with her you will get every scenes except for sex till latest chapter 8 but i my sure you will get that as well in chapter 9.

2. Kylee is very good character she loves the mc very much which is great. She is not a bitch you will love her and thats it you have lot of scenes with her including sex from the starting chapters. Not going to talk about her to much.

3. Stephanie she is not my personal favorite and i did not liked her that much
she comes in between the game and we can't skip scenes with her. And the scenes with her are long too that is only the one downside of this game.

And lastly the mc he is not a douchebag he is good and thats it.
Yes i know i have mainly talked about the milf Amelie but that is the imp part of this game and she is perfect.

And obviously animations are top notch and i could even say one of the best, scenes are great, characters are well developed.

Pros

• Fairly a good story emphasizing incest. Incest approach with aunt was great, especially aunt’s reluctance to give-up the morality was very well expressed.
• Fairly very good quality of image renders.
• The facial expressions very well highlighted. Especially the facial expression of Amelie during her first orgasm was simply superb; no words to explain. Also, the occasions where she was likely to get caught while doing with MC are very naturalistic.
• Fairly good quality of animations.
• Play-ability and grammar are fairly OK
• Sound: Lewd voice is certainly a plus.

Cons

• Performance: Bit slow to start the animation (Video)
• Some of spelling errors; guess it’s just typo error considering the strong vocabularies
• Few mismatches of dialogues with the character displayed.
• Bit dragging in CH9 especially the sex scenes with Amelie as well with Kylee and Mia.
• Addicted to express the got caught and disturbed for doing sex in public place.

From CH8 on-wards the story turns that the husband Davie realizing his mistake and expressing good attitude are very interesting. The story will be very tough to predict/guess makes it more interesting.

It was a lot of fun to experience a slower but continuous character relationship with amelia compared to other avns. The graphics, animations and dialogues of the game are very good. The thing that bothers me the most about this game is that updates come very slowly or not at all. You should give this game a try. I'll give it 4 stars, I may change my evaluation depending on the continuation of the game.

Good renders and models, and pretty good animations, this had the foundations to be a really good game. But this is one of the most boring games I've ever played on this site. If you want slow build-up up, that's fine, but you basically have the same conversation over and over again with almost no progression. The three main girls have the same build-up and that makes it super predictable and boring.

Animations and Models are fine I guess but to call it an extreme slow burn is still an understatement. The MC makes some progress with Amelie just for her to say no and then he does some progress again just for her to say no again. That's it. Over and over again. The Game started strong but disappointed just so bad the longer I played. Such a waste.

I really love the LI of this vn, they have good interactions with their very well done renders and the sex scenes with them are very good, but I have a problem with the writing and the direction is taking, up to chapter 5 the choices were more impactful, but now the game feels kind of kinetic. I love how the Amelie path is going but I dont think the way the other girls are been handled, hope the writing gets better, cause theres goods stuff in this one.

“Heart Problems”? more like “Amelie and My Uncontrollable Sexual Desire Problems” to me. Don’t get me wrong, I like this game because the animations are one of the best out there, but there are important things that I want to talk about of this game. I’m just gonna jump straight to the points.

It was great for the first few chapters but it gets worse once you hit chapter five and so on. When you start the game, you’ll meet multiple girls and women. You can flirt with them and you can do stuff. There are multiple choices along the way, but many of them are useless and it becomes a non-existent thing after chapter five. So if you have a question about "is it a kinetic AVN or not?" the answer is yes.

Anyway, I don’t really like the fact that from chapter five up to eight, the game is 97% about Amelie. What’s the point of Kaylee and Stephanie (or even Mia) if MC’s only desire is to molest and grope Amelie every damn second? Also, I don’t really like the idea that MC dislike Stephanie for being horny all the time because “I’ve seen her grew up and it feels wrong”. Yeah dude Amelie also watched you from a baby to a young adult because you’re her nephew and now you keep molesting her all the time, what a damn hypocrite. MC also becomes an uncontrollable horndog after chapter five, unlike in the previous ones where we actually get choices to control our urges. You’re 21 year old man, buddy… stop using your head like a damn 12 year old teenager who just discovered porns on the internet.

Also the pacing, holy shit it’s unbearable after chapter five. The most slowburn of non-slowburn AVN right here, fellas. We haven’t get any fuck scenes from Amelie yet after eight chapters despite this game is mostly revolves around her. Stephanie’s and Kylee’s story is also kinda left off… ugh I swear I have no idea where Xenorav is trying to get to the point with this game. Is our mission just to be able to fuck every women? Is our mission to be able to confront Davie about his “business trip affair” in front of his family? Is our mission just to seduce, molest, and have sex with Amelie and forget about anything else that we did with other girls? Or maybe none of them? I can’t even predict where this game leads to despite being a really simple slice of life AVN.

To be honest and fair, this should’ve been a sandbox game so each girls have their own respectable amount of scenes, one of the good examples is Power Vacuum and Summertime Saga. If you don’t like the idea of sandbox, you can just probably made some kind of paths for each girl so they don’t overlap each other. This is basically just a mediocre game if we see the big picture, I swear I don’t know what to say anymore…..

3rd August 2024 Update:
I've just heard about what happened to the game, Xenorav, and his Patreon site. I think it's safe to say now that this AVN is being closed for good. Dude lost his time tracks and the last three chapters were absolutely the solid proof that he didn't know what to do with this game anymore. Too bad that sex scenes in this game are solid but yeah other than that it's just peak mediocre.

Probably the best renders I am ever seen. The attention to detail is incredible and honestly the build is with characters is on point. Love this game. My only thing is there needs to be more characters and more sex options/fetishes. The story is pretty good so far excited to see where it goes.

Fun game so far with great renders and decent animations, the story and cast are well done compared to your typical living with family game.

The downsides are the fact that this game feels like it's going to be in development for a very long time before we get an ending and it's not got too much content currently. it's also full of grammar issues as well which may bug you or not.

It seems like once a month or so I discover a new AVN that grabs my attention. Sometimes that attention is shortlived, while other times it persists. "Heart Problems" is an example of a game that has grabbed my attention and will hold it for a long time, I think. It progresses slowly enough that it feels "realistic," as realistic as a game like this can feel, but things progress frequently enough that the game feels rewarding, rather than frustrating. The story is simple: a young guy gets the hots for pretty much every woman he encounters and/or lives with and they all reciprocate, albeit somewhat reluctantly at first.

The visuals are solid, but the art is not high-end. Having said that, the women are definitely attractive and there are some nice animations in the lewd scenes.
If you appreciate audio in your AVNs, there is both some basic background music, plus some female moaning and other sex noises.
The story is simple, but believable enough.
The writing is better than average. The dev appears not to be a native speaker of English, but the odd vocabulary and other usage errors are infrequent and mild. The dialogue is done well, though, and strikes me as natural. That's a big plus for me, as some devs don't seem to know how people talk.

My only real criticism is the portrayal of Stephanie, the "younger" cousin/sister/roommate. The character model is short/small, but the face and figure are of a woman in her mid-20s, maybe older. Her dialogue and mannerisms, however, and the way she is described by the other characters, imply that she is maybe in her early teens or even younger. Either that or she has a mental disability, meaning she's either a very well developed loli or she's an intellectually compromised adult. You can decide which one is less unsettling (or hotter, if one or both of those options is your thing).

Great game with beatiful renders and very hot intimate scenes. Tag "groping" here develops itself in all its glory, characters have jucy bodies and mc gropes thighs, boobs and asses enjoying them to the fullest.

Mc is not a typical pushover loser, but decently likeable chill dude, who behaves accordingly to situations without annoying simping. All arc with Aunt seducing is very intimate, hot af and beliveable (as it can be possible by AVN standarts). Player actually can see and feel how mc conquire her step by step, because mc is assertive, says right pleasing words all the time and behaves like a man, who put all his efforts to win over a woman of his dreams.

In general, had great experience playing.

It's an interesting story. I think the LIs are definitely what make this game.


As I said, three distinctly different LIs who clearly make this game so enjoyable. That clearly doesn't describe the MC who, frankly, I feel can be best described as an annoying sex pest. He practically gyrates on his aunt anytime she's nearby, and no matter how often he hears no, he can't take hint (and he's only getting worse as chapters go by). Frankly, it's a surprise to me he even pretends he wants to maintain a distance with Stephanie considering his personality otherwise. On top of all of that, the MC doesn't seem to care who is in the vicinity. It's almost stupid that the dev doesn't write in more near-misses or even situations where he gets caught but has to convince third parties (be it his cousins, Davie, or anyone else) that this isn't what it looks like.

One other oddity of the MC is his strange appearance (which has shifted significantly from the beginning, stay with me and I'll explain that). From the neck down, he's a chad. He's put together like a bodybuilder--how, I do not know; he doesn't appear to workout ever--with a ridiculously large and veiny dick... but from the neck up he looks like Review Brah, with an effeminate face and slicked back hair (though more of a reddish hue than the dark chocolate hair of Review Brah). He almost feels like a terrible self-insert. When the game began, he was a little smaller (he wasn't remotely so jacked before; he has a solid six-pack now) and he had a tightly shaved haircut... so what gives, dev?

My other bugaboo with this game is the spelling and grammatical errors. I usually don't mind them, but my biggest issue is that the same errors are repeated time and again. For instance, I'm sort of getting sick of seeing "the uncle Davie". You don't include an article for a proper name: it's just Uncle Davie. I don't understand why he's only started doing this in Ch. 7 (7x) and Ch. 8 (5x). It's almost like he thought it was fine before, but someone convinced him [incorrectly] that this is proper English. What really gets me is that the developer only seems to do it with Davie, so he's consistently inconsistent. I went looking through the scripts, he has never keyed up "the cousin Kylee" or "the aunt Amelie", it's just done with "the uncle Davie"... can anyone explain that? There are other spelling and grammar issues, but that's the most repeated one.

The graphics are good, the animations start out okay and get progressively better as the game goes along. The music gets a little repetitive, but it's better than some games where you get one or two tracks for the entire game.

I'll take off one star for the MC being generally terrible--both in appearance and personality. Also, I'll take off one star for the grammatical issues. I usually don't take off stars for the latter, but for once it's started to grate on me.

I could elaborate a lot of words here to describe this masterpiece, but no matter what it would never be fair enough, it's simply the best VN ever to be made. Dude while developing this one made it perfect: characters, timing, graphics, animations, plot... Professional stuff here, there is nothing similar to this overall quality on genre, i just hope to be rich someday to reward a little what this dev gave to us.

I never write reviews and shit but i have to this time for this masterpiece.
The build up is just so good with the aunt and the older cousin. This shit is top notch. And believe me i have been playing visual novels since last 2 years but this is the first time that a VN made me CUM.
And the renders are top notch especially the groping scenes. Im talking about how the hand collides with the butt and tits its really hot and looks fuckin real i have not seen this in many VNs.

• There are enough angles for every scene.
• The developer has put in significant effort to make you feel, "I'm playing a game created by a perfectionist." Nothing is done half-heartedly.
• The character development is authentic (based on the version I played).
• The girls never wear the same outfit twice; the developer always finds something new.
• Nothing about this game feels half-ass; it's like watching a Christopher Nolan movie.

Cons:

• The MC is portrayed as perfect, which makes it challenging to relate to them since I'm not perfect (and I apologize for not being a narcissist).
• The story could have taken a more original direction.

There are a few secrets regarding the MC's backstory that will be revealed as the plot develops. However, as of chapter 8, there are some aspects that are not well explained and a few remaining secrets.

Each character has their own personality, they are distinct and well-detailed: the tenderness and maternal love of the prudish aunt Amelie, the mischief and cheekiness of the younger cousin Stephanie, and the sexiness and allure of the older cousin Kylee. Each one has its own appeal, but they are all equally beautiful and captivating. Even the side characters have their charm (Mía is so crazy and hot!).

During the development of the story, you can observe a gradual evolution in the intensity of the emotional relationships between the MC and his aunt and cousins. It is fascinating to witness how Amelie gradually lower her defenses against the impetuous MC and allow herself to be swept away by pleasure and desire.

Undoubtedly, the standout feature of this VN is the erotic scenes and sensual moments, featuring fondling, groping, grinding, and kissing, which I find particularly enjoyable. The sex scenes are impressive, depicted with passion and attention to detail, showcasing various sexual positions and smooth animations.
