Ok I think I got them all this time, I found around 200 more instances of wrong file extensions.
I'll attach the new updated script.

Chinwiskers all the errors I found are from the audio files in the same directory /game/audio/sex/
the files concerned are named :
-"fucknaked##.ogg
-"fucking##.ogg
-"fuckwet##.ogg
The ## are for the different numbered file.

Heart Problems is one of the best games I've ever played, but I would never have downloaded it if it weren't for your mod.

can you consider adding a feature to rename relationships?
i named the "father" Sex Educator for some reason when i first played it and have regret it ever since he started calling him that

You can change it with the Universal Renpy Mod (URM) linked in my signature.
Once you have downloaded and installed it, launch the game and load your save.
Then open the mod with this icon
It should open on the search tab of the mod, if not, it's the first tab on the left.
For the next steps I'll add a screenshot with numbered arrows to help guide you.

Click on the search type button (arrow #1), then switch the search type to "Value" (arrow #2)

Then in the search bar (arrow #3), type the value we are looking for, in your case it is "sex educator" (don't use quotation marks) and press enter.
It should find the 4 entries you can see on the bottom left of the screenshot.

Then you will need to click on one of the buttons shown by arrow #4 (for you those buttons will be called "sex educator"), it will open a window to change the value, replace "sex educator" with "Dad" or whatever else you want and press enter.
Do the same for the other one.

And voila, you can close the mod window.
Be careful, if you rollback to any point before you did all of this, everything will be reverted and you will have to do it again.
My advice is to click through a few lines of dialogue and save your game.
After you have done the changes and saved your game, you can uninstall the mod if you want.

I hope my instructions are clear enough. If you need any precision, don't hesitate to ask.

seems like replaying the introduction will change the relationship in all my save files
really appreciate you showing me how to change this and writing everything in detail like eli5, the pics, the arrows, the steps numbers, so i can do it myself in the future


i just renamed Amelie to "Mom" with URM, hoping to fix some awkward lines like
"Davie - Where did your Amelie go?" to "Davie - Where did your Mom go?"
and me sometimes calling my "Mom" as "Amelie" gives the wrong vibe

The only thing I can think of that could mess up the search is the fact that you where trying to search for a value with a space in it.
I've never had any problem with it, but I've always been searching for a single word at a time.
So it might have worked by searching for "educator" only, I wouldn't advise searching for the word "sex" because it will most likely find hundreds of results.

just tried searching only "educator" or "Educator", i see nothing at all.
if theres a technical limitation from the mod to update my save files, i think im just going to restart the game with 0 save file, this game worth spending my time on

This is a standalone modded version of the game, it is not a mod that you install on the game.

If I am not mistaken the mod only changes dialogue up to Chapter 4, after that the game should just keep playing but you will notice a sudden shift in how the characters talk to each other; though I am unsure what update the mod is built on so you may have reached the end of that build as the current game is on Ch10.

Hmmm, won't bother installing this then if it only covers 4 chapters. I'd imagine going from this re-write to the original writing all of a sudden would be a JARRING transition.

I'd imagine it did, but seems a bit strange to rewrite the entirety of someone else's work. Seems a bit "liberty taking", and they didn't fully commit to it after chapter 4 so seems moot to even bother with it.

I can see how the original dialogue could use some work, but I think it's serviceable enough as is. Gets to the point and fast without too much fluff. Could definitely do with some proof reading, though.
