I think most people would still consider that bestiality. Like, you could argue it "doesn't count" since they're intelligent, but most of the people who like animated pony/human also like animated animal/human stuff, and most people who dislike one dislike both. Similar story with non-anthro pokemon stuff.

The nature of porn tags is very black and white, interpretations and assumptions are useless.

Bestiality is the act of human having sex with feral animals, sentience/intelligence is not a factor.

This game does not look final to me.
The game says v1.4 and the save auto naming literally says "prologue".

You are a generic stallion returning to ponyville from 2 year military deployment.
Pinky pie has a party. and wants to dose you with a potion.
Well shining is a cuck and she was plotting for you to become their bull.
You can either fuck his wife just the two of you. Or with him there too.
If you don't take him with there is euphimism the next day suggesting he was fucking twilight sparkle (his sister iirc).
they try to convince you to impregnate the wife. but you can choose not to
then no matter what choices you made thus far the prologue and thus the game is over

TLDR a prologue with 1 sex scene (oral + vaginal + slight variations)

it is pretty well made. you can sorta scroll back (it lets you see old text but does not actually rollback choices).
You got a multi slot save system.
Game is voiced.
