How do you unlock the park? I had it unlocked at one point, but i restarted the game because i felt I was missing something, now i can't seem to access the park ever.

Park should unlock automatically after advancing a certain point in Nancy's story.
A few days after receiving myra's 2nd set of text's, meet her in the evening in the park on a weekend. Take a swig before talking to her.

Both H scenes have a few different variations. Depending on your deviancy (a hidden mechanic that goes up as you do lewd things), you can advance the H scene. Taking off clothing during the H scene is what is in this current build. So, you can get both Nancy and Myras H scene, and advance the H scene to get their tops off

Okie dokie. I think this one needs a litlle more time in the oven. The basic gameplay is here and it works. That's the nicest thing I can say about it, I think.
The game really does nothing to stand out. I don't understand why Nancy defaults to landlady and not step mother. The entire relationship with Myra seems unhealthy to me (less unhealthy than cancer I guess but still). Her calling the MC "alpha" just because he was ignoring her and getting turned on by it killed my boner and any I could have had for the next week.
The doctor was funny though and options during sex scenes have potential although the animation's choppy and slow. Most problematic though is the amount of pointless clicking everywhere wondering if there's even any more things to see or not.
I can see this game being good eventually but right now it's not brilliant, sorry to say.

Yes, very much so. "Alpha" is a bullshit term for idiots, quite frankly, and her getting turned on by someone treating her badly (for no good reason, too) makes HER very unattractive in my book. He wasn't even being assertive or anything. He was giving her the silent treatment like a fucking 8 year old when someone doesn't share their toys with them. They're both pathetic.
The MC starts off really bad, snapping at his step mom randomly and treating Myra like she's not a true friend and she was only using him, even though there's no evidence of that and they've known each other for years, made him pretty unlikable too. Thankfully there's less of that as it goes on, though.
Admittingly the scene on the beach was almost cute. But by then it was too little too late.
I don't see what games would be your taste cause not even ntr seems to qualify.

I'm not sure where you get that from. I don't like NTR either. I like decent people. Altruism, caring, romance are things that turn me on. Not using people and being a bitchy little cunt. Or you know, generally bad people.
One issue I have here is that it doesn't sound like the MC cares about Myra at all until you go to the park at night to see her, which is quite a while into the game at this point.
Not to say what I like are objectively better things in porn games. I don't like playing villains, others do, whatever it's fine. I'm just giving my opinion on what I 'm seeing in this game. Maybe a little harshly, I concede. But the term "alpha", especially in the context it was used, kinda pissed me off.
I got that from him being the main character. I figured why wouldn't the player want his character be considered alpha and thought of ntr games.

I agree with what TomberryDude is saying. Being a dick for no reason makes me cringe IRL and in fiction and isnt alpha at all.
Oh also, please avoid your dialogue directly stating "hurr youre not my mom" when you give the option to make her your mom... In case theres gonna be a patch and the patch isnt mysteriously relased seconds after the new versions, please at least make it little effort to create it for whoever might do it instead of having to scan the game for any references to "well mom youre actually not my mom hurr hurr"

From the description its obvious they arent his direct relatives.
Not to mention that exposee the devs to patreon by getting in a partnership with modded.

sadly there are too many people on this forum who think that all games should be targeted at their exact taste and will not take "no you fucking idot" for an answer. It's really insane how some people can be so entitled at times, like for me I subscribe to the "incest is wincest" philosophy but I also understand that developers need to focus on making the game they want to make above all else and then if they have time listen to user input on stuff. If a game doesn't have incest oh well that's fine I'll still enjoy a hearthy fap to it some people need to just chill and fap one out without worrying too much about the details
