Up until the point she got on the train, I could still handle it. Honestly, it’s more of a novel than a visual novel
Before any of this happens, the relationship between the MC and FMC should be more developed. Right now, there’s no real sense of NTR; it just feels like a girl everyone wants to assault, that’s it

The attempted assault happens to Akari regardless whether she’s in a relationship. You can derive NTR feelings from it or not. The scenes are there to induce disgust (and a sense of danger), rather than a real sense of cuckoldry.

The incident is engineered so that, when Akari meets Rei, she already has past trauma. And, depending on Akari’s actions, Rei is kept in the dark about it. It’s a slow-burn NTR, so please give a little time for their relationship to blossom.

I’m not saying any more though, as that would spoil my entire plans for the story. :3

Glad my work resembles a novel though! I’d be worried if it didn’t.
