Mainly NTR since that’s my specialty.
In a roundabout way, you could consider it NTS since you control Akari and can deliberately get her into bad situations. But there’s no situation where the MC is intentionally lending the FMC out and relishing in it.

Tbh, I don't think you have yourself to blame much in this case.
This VN seems to confuse a lot of people, even regarding the NTR. Because as of right now, sure, there's the prologue, where you play as the second protagonist, Rei, who is her boyfriend at that moment. But then, the VN becomes a survival thriller, where you play as the cute redhead trying to escape or fight back against the evil guys trying to catch her (all that happens before she starts dating Rei).
Don't get me wrong, though, it's still really good for what it is.

Haha, I may redo that prologue bit in the future.
I intentionally put the time and dates on the chapters so that readers would know the prologue happens in the future. Trails of Cold Steel had a similar concept with its prologue (though I guess it also confused some players at the time lol).
Essentially, the timeline goes like this.
CHAPTER 1
CHAPTER 2
CHAPTER 3
xxx
PROLOGUE
The prologue's subtitle says "October 15, one month after the incident"
Chapter 1's subtitle says "September 15, the day of the incident"
The chronology seemed quite obvious to me, though I will probably do a more traditional, linear style of prologue in the future.
Now, the NTS questions I will never understand. It was never in the game’s marketing and certainly not mentioned anywhere lol.
Anyway, Chapter 3 now has a fully voiced (and long) H-scene, and Chapter 1 will soon have one retroactively added, so hopefully that satisfy people’s hunger for early H-scenes haha.
