It's been a few months since I played the game, but I think there is the option to have a "dark" route with most of the girls. The MC character goes on dates with multiple girls and encounters them at work and so forth and you usually get to choose between pursuing each girl in a consensual way or by raping or otherwise dominating her. For example, a girl wants to go slow and gradually get to know you over the course of multiple dates. You could do that, or you could walk the girl home after the first date, make up an excuse to be let into her house, and then just rape her. There are many options like that throughout the game. Right now I can remember three different girls that the MC can currently rape but I think there were others too. Some of the other girls' routes aren't fully developed yet but it looks like they are heading in the direction of blackmail and/or rape, if the dark route options were picked.
There is an option in the beginning of the game to enable or disable femdom. I played with that disabled so I saw plenty of maledom content. I think if you aren't careful in turning that off you run the risk of being dominated by your old hag boss. I had no interest in that so I disabled it.
