I found this game just yesterday (at the time of writing) and holy moly, I am loving it! Usually I tend not to play games with a futa protagonist, mainly since my partner has a strong liking for them so I like to leave them for her to enjoy first before I take a crack at them. But a pregnancy game where it isn't just boring old goblins and zombies, and instead insects, tentacles and other parasitic critters?! Hells yeah! 
My only disappointment was with the end boss. I was really hoping she would have some unbirthing content, like you could choose your ending or so, one being to finish her off and then be on your way... Or you could choose to slip into that big pussy of hers and become one with the Goddess like all the others! But I guess even for me, that is a pretty small complaint.
I especially love how the game actually sort of rewards you for letting the monsters and whatnots have their way with the MC, by restoring a small amount of her health each time she cums during sex. I feel like that's a great way to relieve tension, not just in the masturbatory way but also make it less aggravating getting grabbed and shagged. Most H-games with a similar setup just fucks you over whenever the enemy grabs the MC, so it was a nice change of pace.

Those "instructions" are inaccurate and probably woefully out of date. The way to install the game is, well... See below, actually.
So there is no "installer" for any of the uploaded versions here. Everything you need is in the .zip folder you download. You just unzip it to your preferred location on your harddrive, open up the folder, double-click on "player.exe" and then wait for the game to start up. It's really just that simple.

Yeah but IDK for others but for me , game doesn't start up for some reason. Like it just loads on clicking on the "player.exe" and nothing happens. I even downloaded OG files from Pixel Game Maker MV , even tried launching from the player.exe from there, still doesn't work.

That's the engine problem: it's japanese, that means you need use LE (Locale Emulator) and shorten your path or folder's names, cuz it might have symbols that doesn't read by engine, but first try to wait and look in TaskManager if it's open, if not help then maybe you don't have some files, try to search somewhere.

I've checked for any missing files and everything seems to be fine. Like bro it opens up ... meaning - you can see the player.exe running on task manager but doesnt startup the game.

Try shorten path (like D:\1\<gamename>) and wait (more then 10 second, 3-5 minutes), as i said: it's engine problem, the bigger game size, the longer it start, and on files i mean something in system, like DirectX, NET.Framework and others.

This, does anyone have a fix for it? I've tried changing the key bindings and resetting to default. Nothing works to make the menu activate.
