I want to create my game.
I have some money and network in the gaming industry.
Also, I know both 3D Modelling and painting.

I want to start my journey in game development and looking for game ideas.
Here's my favorite themes/gameplay mechanics:

- Core Gameplay: Sandbox ( other than banging the whole city/town/hotel/etc... )
- Survival/Crafting game elements
- Story Driven/Rich
- Male Protagonist
- MILF
- Harem


Things to avoid:

- NTR
- Scat
- Spell things ( mind control, etc... )
- Gay

If you're looking for ideas, use a game you like for inspiration. Say you like

but didn't find any of the other weapons very interesting. You could make a game where your only weapon is the gravity gun, but of course you'd have to add other abilities to make it interesting.

Don't be too worried about originality, no game out there is 100% original. Some of the best games out there are sequels to a franchise or mixes of different games.

You want to make a game you say.. and want some advice.
Well as a 1st game. dont go for something big.

You should make a couple of small game to get some experiance. No Ch1,2,3,4 etc. thouse are overused
just small games.

You should work out a story by yourself or a small closed team/ story writes and or consept artists.
The pubic is never satisfied, you just cant please them all. so dont start with this poll shit alot of the patrions do.

Once you have the story and consept ready.
Then start making assets. objects, models, animations and all that stuff.
You also need to deside what kind of game engine is most suted for your type of game.
renpy unity etc.

If you're looking specifically for sandbox ideas, maybe you should've included that in the OP and not be vague that it's one of the things you'd like to have?
That would save you and other users time.

My suggestion: start with something small. Something you can start and finish. Don't be obsessed with creating the most original AVN in the world and don't be afraid of using clichés: people use them because he players love them.

Once you're able to start and finish a small project, you'll be in a much better position to start a new, larger one. As for theme and ideas: things which turn you on, because especially at first, you will be the only power propelling yourself forward, so you must feel very connected to your content.

And you influence there lives with your words and deeds.
Will you exploit them in there moment of weakness?
Will you fix there problems?
Will you make there problems worse?
The crafting part comes from the drink making minigame and the survival from earning enough money to pay the bills.

Single mother savior:
You are a (self)rightious christian who is on a one man crusade against the single mother problem plagueing sociaty.
By finding and marrying single mothers.
It is your divine mission to be the example of what a man shoud be.
Hard working, loyal, commited, trustworthy, etc.
You reject the modern idea of one wife and one husband.
After all there are plenty of stories of multiple wives in the bible(Right? I never read the bloody thing)
The gameplay idea is that your character wont have sex before marriage.
And your goal is to marry single mothers and show to them(and your fellow man) how a man shoud behave.
Really lay on the (self)rightious part.
But providing for woman and there kids(remember your an oldfashion christians. Men work, Woman do the household. No working woman on your watch)
Require's a well paying job.
Making money.
Paying bills.
Upgrading the house.
Repairing stuff.
Etc.
Etc.
