Hm... you should just have to click the file and it will ask if you want to install. What happened for me is the following:
-Download file
-File is opened in RAR app
-Up one level
-Delete .zip at the end of file name
-File icon changes from RAR book icon to game icon
-Click again
-"Do you want to install?"
-*Yes*
It should just work. That did for me.

The terms get kinda fuzzy in how they're used, but Futa definitely means at the very least 'girl with a penis.'
I think if you get more specific, 'Futa' is penis + vagina, 'Shemale' is just penis (but still a girl with breasts and such, not a trap.)
There's also a type of Futa which is penis w/balls + vagina, I don't know if that's a different term. Shemales always have balls though I think.
