Help about my Alerts

I was wondering if you can remove the user ratings from the my alerts,
my alert box is full things like this :

(User Name) has rated (Thread Name)

Example
The other day I had 30 alerts because log in for few days and all but 5 of them, where user ratings,

Is it possible for alerts re a new rating to take me to the actual new rating and not to the oldest rating page? Or at least to the first page of the ratings?
