So I'm looking for this cyberpunk h game i can't quite remember when I played whatever version of it was out at the time. So basically you were this guy who was a part of this street gang. The vice leader was a blue haired girl, i think the mechaninc was pink haired and the bossy ended up being a black girl with a robot arm, I can't remember the name for the life of me.

Thanks for the suggestion but it isn't hard coded. it was more a 2d drawn style instead of pixel art I also remember the way you made money was by robbing people in the street.
Sorry I should have clarified it was a 2dcg game, I do think it was animated here and there though.
