Seeking Help finding a game where mc has a love disease

I've been looking for this game where the main character has a love disease where he has to cum a certain amount of times a day or you'll get a negative effect. You can work and pay this school girl for sex. She had yellow hair and was super tan and thats pretty much all i remember from the game.
