Should be a Ren'py game where the protagonist lives with his step sister and step mother.
Had multiple branches where for example the mother would start working in a club and basically prostituting i think, and a branch for the step sister with either female or male domination.
Also had other female characters like a tomboy.
Was anime style and not real 3d style.
