Seeking Help finding games that fit my preference

So I'm searching for a game or games. Which are sandbox/simulator basically it doesn't have a "end" as I can continue playing it. I would like there to be pregnancy content also in the game, like a pregnancy system where you can impregnate or get pregnant multiple times. It can be male or female protagonist. Some kind of prostitution be it I prosituting myself or prostitute the girls i get to know. Those are basically the main things I want in the game.

Try lifeplay, it's a sandbox / sim. I haven't seen anyway to reach an end and it has pregnancy, prostitution and many other kinks / fetishes. It also give you alot of control over the game world.
