help guys when I open any ren'Py game it doesn't start and some of them give message like that help

Try running the game directly from E: and see if it works, that "??" in your filepath could be giving renpy trouble.

If that is the case then rename the folder "??" to something else, preferable a name not using special character, stick to simple letters.
