Could you give us more info on the character you are using? (Genesis 8, 8.1, 9 ? Custom body or character morphs, ect...)

genesis 9 i am using shape shift morphs rendorgl and vinme body morphs

With your character in the pose of your pics, if you move the slider of one of the morphs towards 0, do you see a difference with one of them? (to see which one is responsible)

I ran into a similar problem recently.
Some character morphs don't have the bones/rigging set up properly, but it's pretty easy to fix.
