Guys , at the beginning i want to apologise for my english.
Problem : i cant add any signature in my profile , it says "Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator. "
i make all steps as in "tutorial post" which i found at forum , i want to post signature that i love , but i cant
Maybe this feature is working if my account will be more active ? Like "More messages - more function available"
Help pls
Edit : i want to add GIF signature as many members of this site have.

Make three forum comments (so one more) to be allowed to link things, then you should be able build your signature.
