I'd say its somewhat similar to Milfy City/FILF in terms of how the progression/navigation/story works
There's a point in the game where you're delivering things to your aunt for money, she had red hair or something
MC's room is in the attic, I believe theres another 2 floors below MC's room. 2nd story is a shower and maybe like 2 rooms, and bottom floor is the kitchen etc.
One of those games where you have a phone and i believe messages with other characters
