Probably a long shot because i mostly skimmed through the version i had to see if it interested me (which it did, but i decided to wait for more development before playing properly, and alas...) , so i remember very little clearly. But let's see.
Male protagonist game. 3DCG VN. Definitely Daz3d based. Not open world.
-Can't remember any plot specifics, but i'm almost positive it's going for a more serious twisty turny tone than ridiculous/comedic porn feel with sex in every scene
-At one point the protagonist visits some kind of winter resort. To help out the family that runs it, i think. Bad weather forces him to spend a night at an isolated cabin with a mother and daughter and you can choose which one the protagonist ends up sleeping with.
-the mother has a husband, so it's cheating. Pretty sure he was at the main resort during the bad weather scene. Also it's not the first time it's happened with the mother/wife.
-probably both of them but at least the mother is blonde.
-It might be incest based, but if so, it needed a patch that i'd have ignored. Also it'd be extended or long separated family. No typical landlord/lady stuff.
Can't remember anything else aside from a few visuals. There's definitely a scene on a frozen lake. And one with snowmobiles (or maybe quads/four wheelers) at some point. Also pretty sure there's travel involved and it's not all set in the cold weather climate.
