It was new, male prog. Story goes like this, his family has a genetic disorder that gets passed to mostly males. He sperm is 1mil potent compared to normal male.
He ends up with a prob that he has 2 penis, one growing inside his other, and need help, they locate he has a twin that was given up, they search to help him, and the
twin is a intersex character, where has a vagina and penis, and that is why does not have the same issues. That is where I think the story was left off.
