I’m trying to find a 2D RPG Maker demo or early version game I played on itch io about 4-5 years ago.
Here’s what I remember:
- You play as a young girl living in an artificial town (part of an experiment).
- Her parents are either fake or something tragic happened to them.
- Later it’s revealed that her entire environment is part of an experiment.
- She escapes on a spaceship and ends up on another planet.
- She meets a companion (human or alien) who helps her.
- Together they go to a bar/club to deal with a local gangster/leader/owner.
