Looking for a game that I found here a while back. It was a 3dcg game in an apocalyptic setting and 2d overworld that had the player playing as a dude living with a woman and had you both living in an apartment complex thing with a couple other characters. There was a mechanic where you would collect food/rations/ items and there was a combat system based on cards i think. Some notable characters where a police woman getting harasser by a group of kids, a woman who you spoke to through the window above her door or something, and a shady lady you met in some scaffolding maybe.
