My memory is a bit hazy about this. It's a horror game. It's a side scroller. You play as a guy that was dead but got up from his grave and is killing women and fucking them. The first level was in a graveyard, maybe behind a church or something.

The game is a DL game.

If my memory is not fucking with me, there is also a segment you play as a sperm maybe or something like that?

If I could remember more, I would write it here, but I only remember some enemies.

You sure? Your description seems to match very much. Only discrepancy there's no scene where you're a sperm, but there is a scene where you are a spirit. In what way was it different?

First, the MC is not human looking. Second, a NPC, if I remember correctly, was a horse leg for the lower body and women's legs for the upper body. It's a paid game I found on Pornhub under maybe a horror or demon tag, but I could not find it again for some reason.
