Identify Help me find this game

Some time ago I remembered that there was a game that I just can’t get out of my head now, but I can’t find it. I remember it was a side-scroller. It had a female protagonist, it was a combat game, and there was an enemy whose attack involved whistling, if you got hit by it several times, it would hypnotize you. It was pixel art with about a 99% certainty.
