ok here what i can remember u play as fat bald man wear hawai-like shirt and wear sunglass
u start on the plane ur first mission is to find a toilet there 1 room in the plane that a couple have sex and ur plane got hijack u manage to get off with parachute after that u are in a city like in english i think AND HERE IMPORTANT PART u can buy erotic thing stuff like porn magazine and wank in the toilet and there are shit and pee meter where u have to pee and shit to reduce it otherwise u will shit ur self and when u pee u have to aim to earn score too
there are a bar where u can fart as minigame too and u can hire a hooker and HAVE SEX IN THE CAR not gta u have a mother to take care of u must her a thing she want and u can beat some guy to take their drug too
