Help Me identify The Artist/Sauce of a hentai

So I watched this cropped hentai animation on reels where it's about a reporter girl in some sort of an African village where she interviewed the people there of how their kind have a large dick. Can't go much detail and can't find the reels link too( lost them) so this is completely from my memory. One thing I can tell that it's English dubbed and not anime/japanese styled art. Does anyone know about this ? Thx in advance
