MC is involved with a gang/cartel
Game starts with MC being intimate with a prostitute, interrupted by a gang call
Next day, MC picks up his sister/step-sister from the airport
MC has a female neighbor
Sister and her friend go to a newly opened bar
They are almost kidnapped
The same prostitute shows up with police backup
MC gets hit by a kidnapper and ends up in the hospital
Later it’s revealed the prostitute is connected to another gang
